The incidents of child theft and smuggling are growing exponentialy as citizens of Frogbert attempt to save their own childrens life by substituting a foreign child as their own in the daily first born purges. The maniacle leader of Frogbert, Arch Duke Frogbert the Grandous and Wise is actualy ordering small detachments of troops over the border into your state to gather children, in and effort to placate his citizens.
Newspaper editors have questioned this entire practice as it is based souly on a law he himself imposed. When questioned about this Arch Duke Frogbert laughed madly and sentenced the reporter, the reporters cat, and a clown named Bobo to death via slow roast. He then ordered that the press conferance centre be painted "pokadot" and all marmots within the vicinity be killed in order to apease the god he happened to worship at the time. There have been doubts raised reciently about the unquestioned rulers sainity, thereby questioning his rule, and creating an awkward textual dichotomy.
