At present we are willing to send a battallion of 500 men, 5 tanks and three Auroras into Northwestern Liang. Our military budget has been mismanaged somewhat of late and thus cannot commit a large force to your aid. Nevertheless we shall honour the alliance by playing a part in Magdha's defense.
