OOC:Okay I understand that we have had a slew of World War RPGs on Nationstates, but none of them have had a pertucliar plot. Just a mindless rampage of destruction and war. Okay I have a an idea for a war RPG.

IIC: In the year 2010, gas preices hit an all new high around the world. Lines began filling at gas stations as gas was becomeing less and less availible. The UAN (United Arab Nations) led by Irag attempted to bring the rest of the world to there kneesby stopping all trade with other nations and storing oil for themselves.(In RPG Saddam Hussien is still leader of Iraq.) Russia, eager to rebuild there communist power in the Middle East begins planning invasion to take control of the UAN and its oil fields. The United States and the United Nations need the oilf for themselves and declare war as does most of the world. Okay so for the most parts thats the story, most of the war should take place in the middle east with all the nations battling for oil.

The nations in the UN (well atleast in the game)

Im also gonna allow for you to forge your own allainces with poeple, anyway im not gonna play but supervise so enjoy the game. You can be any nation you want to but it might be nice trying to get into a good allaince.

This is true. In point of fact, the Chinese and Taiwanese hate each other. China pretty much still regards Taiwan as their territory. There's lots of animosity between the two.

OOC: Let me clear this up a bit, it is true that Taiwan and China hate eachother, but my storyline is based after the game WWIII Black Gold, and in it Taiwan and Russia were under a series of Coup De Etats, Russia stood but Taiwan fell and signed an allaince with China, I cant go into the history of the entire game such as why the UAN exist, just that the fact that it does. Srry guys

Yes you can do what ever you like, i took out the controlling parts of the storyline to allow you to do whatever you like.

well this is just a sign up, il probaly start the actual thread sometime tommorow but we need a hella lot more poeple, I want this to be massive, also I forgot to say, you can do whatever you like but the primary mission is to get oil in this RPG aight guys,

Well for the most part, all the nations with allies are trying to control oil in the UAn, but other nations can do whatever they want, and if you are one of the allie nations you cant still do whatever the heck you want but eventually you rgonna have to go for oil as everyone but the UAn is havin a hard time getting oil.

you can move if im notg online, but if you plan on doing anything that woul,d change the storyline completely, like a huge plot twist, PM me first.

And the CIA factbook says! True, so you'll be alrite for a while, but nations like Russia and some of Europe and anyone else who buys most of there oil is in trouble unless they get there hands on some oil feilds in the UAN.

www.fas.org is a good site but I hacve done reseach on all these natiosn and Ukraine uses all Russian weapons
