After careful looks at maps of Canan and surrounding areas Canan is considered a key location for a Naval Base for passing AZ warships. The President herby requests permission to build a Naval Base on Canan’s Shores. The Canan Government may pick the location if it chooses to allow us to build. If there is anything else you would want in exchange for use building please let us know. The project will be funded by the Apple Zer0 Navy and Apple Zer0 Government.

The building of a Naval base on our shores is acceptable on the following conditions:

No Apple Zer0 forces will fire or attempt to enter Canan with force.

Apple Zer0 will provide support of Canan in the defense the Suez Canal.

These are the only stipulations we have for your naval base, and they are made with Canan's trust of Apple Zer0. But if we ever find a reason not to trust your forces we will deal with your forces as best we can.

Very well we agree. We will also give you use of the base as well. Building will start within 1 year(12 Days NS time, 1 Day= 1 month)

The Princess Terah Calah, ruler of Canan, has chosen a site for your naval base. The base shall be located exactly five miles east of Port Said. We hope that this is acceptable.
