I would like to buy 48 Upgraded Tu-160's. I believe this comes out to 2.45 billion base price. However, I believe I get the 15% discount offered to your allies. This should come out to 2.08 billion. I would also like to purchase 96 upgraded Su-32 FNU Tactical Fighter Bombers. This should come out to 1.63 billion. With the discount it should be 1.39 billion. My total purchases should be 3.47 billion. I think my math is right, but you might want to double check. Sorry for doing all the work for you, but I like to calculate out anything I buy. Please tell me when I can get it by and I will send the money.

Righto. ECF: That comes out to 793 aircraft, or thirty-three twenty-four aircraft regiments plus one spare. Total cost: 9,991,800,000

West Moon: No jet aircraft is capable of space flight. However, the MiG-31D, an anti-satellite-capable version of the MiG-31 (which we also retail for 12.5 million per aircraft) is capable of short space travel if fitted with an appropriate solid-fuel booster rocket. The MiG-31D is essentially a powerful pair of jet engines with a cockpit and two underwing "Vympel" ASAT missiles.

Resistencia: 31x48=1,488 million, minus (15% of 1,488m=223.2m)= 1,264.8 million (1,264,800,000).

Su-32FNUs: 96x14=1,344, minus (15% of 1,344=1142.4 million (1,142,200,000). Delivery time: You will receive your aircraft within five to seven (NS) days. If this is too slow, inform us and we will arrange a faster delivery.

Ug. That is rather problematic. How's this: We'll send you economic aid, to help you get back on your feet, of 2.2 billion dollars/year (which is nothing, hell and damnation we spend more on fuel oil for tanks each year), and meanwhile we'll give you the planes and weapons on a 10-year loan, i.e. you don't have to pay a penny of the cost for 10 years. Payment as soon as possible within that time would be appreciated. If you still can't pay after then, no worries. :)

How about you sell us four Su-25s instead and in return we let your nation's companies develop and pump our oil fields?

Forget it, we'll give you the planes :) We certainly have enough of them and besides you could use them, by the look of it. We might get the state oil company to make a bid but don't hold your breath. We'll ship you 8 MiG-29MUs and 4 Su-25s ASAP.

We thank your noble nation for your offer of military aid during this time of crisis for our nation. Separatist rebels threaten to rip our nation of Drabikstan apart. This military aid will certainly not be forgotten and we hope we shall someday be able to repay the debt once the current crisis has been resolved.

We shall be receiving the shipment of 8 MiG-29s and 4 Su-25s in a matter of days.

The people of Drabikstan once again thankyou greatly.

Dead-on. The aircraft will be flown to you, with one standard armament loadout aboard each, in this case air-to-air for the MiGs and air-to-ground AS-6 cruise missiles for the Tupolevs. Any feedback is welcomed, of course, and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any difficulty with your aircraft.

ETA: 8 NS days (about 6 hours, I think)

R-37B1 long-range AAM

Basic missile: R-37 ARH AAM

Upgrades:

*Improved radar system on missile allowing increase in missile radar range from 40 to 60Km;

*Extra booster motor stage added to missile, resulting in 40cm length increase and range of 420Km;

*Missile now available for several aircraft, while previously restricted to MiG-31M;

*Can be switched between ARH and SARH guidance in case of heavy jamming;

*Warhead can be remotely switched between proximity and impact detonation to range of approx. 95Km from launch aircraft.

A question about this missile, please. The range is how much in miles?

-Official Ratheian Government Response-

We desire 500,000 of your R-37 ALRAAM missiles.

However, we must inquire as to why they cost 3 million each before we purchase.

Do tell.
DontPissUsOff
28-10-2004, 17:24
Right. Each missile costs $3 million because it's using extremely complex electronics and advanced booster fuels. Don't forget, within that little missile is enough fuel to get it out to 420Km (262.5 miles), an X-band active radar, a digital encrypted datalink to the launching aircraft's radar, and a flight computer system to keep it able to cope with the movements of the target.

By the way, the missile is now in its' B2 variant, which now has a small inbuilt LADAR, a frequency-agile radar covering bands J to X, a passive aradar homing system for use against AWACS at long range, and 3D thrust vectoring. So really this information's a bit out of date. The price remains the same however.

I am inclined, however, to go to Blacktower who is currently selling ALRAAM's at a cost of only 390,000. However, it's performance stats are less than the R-37.

28-10-2004, 17:35
We would require 8,250 craft to each have 10 of these missiles available for it. That comes out to 82,500 missiles. The cost would be 247,500,000,000.
We cannot affored your prices as of yet. We'll come back later.

We do offer discounts for the purchaser who can't afford to pay immediately, you know. (OOC: And I have no idea the prices of missiles were so low these days...AIM-54C costs about 2 mill doesn't it?)

OOC: It's ridiculously low. Missiles with those two-stage propellants are expensive. Your prices are reasonable, especially for the R-37. It came out last year, for god's sake.

-Official Ratheian Government Response-

We would very much like to purchase 100,000 R-37 missiles at a cost of 300 Billion to outfit our MIG-31's, SU-47's, and MIG-35's.

We cannot under any circumstances purchase these immediately.

Can you offer us some sort of pay-as-you-go plan?
DontPissUsOff
28-10-2004, 17:51
Yes, we offer several plans. We can offer you installments over a period of years (anything from 2 to 20 is our usual method), or we can offer you 1 year's interest-free credit on them. We can also allow the price to be paid non-monetarily in commodities of equal value. Basically, we're open to anything, so long as we eventually get paid.

How about this. We will pay you over a 6 year period (6 RL days) of 50 Billion per year. You will give us all 100,000 Missiles in one year. As for commodities, what do you mean?

By "commodities" we mean things like steel, coal, gas, oil or whatever at current international prices. However, what you propose is totally fine, and we will deliver the missiles within 1 year.

I'd like to buy 2,000,000 RL-37 Missiles as our new primary air to air missile. This is mainly due to the fact that our air to air missile factorys were decimated in the recent insurection. Cost is 6,000,000,000,000. Money Wired.

My country has only recently been formed, and I am afraid we currently have no air force. I have chosen your aircraft storefront because it is by far the best I was able to find. I require 488 MiG-29M Fighters and 12 TU-22M7 Bombers for a total of $6,436,800,000. Thank you for your service and I hope to do more business with you in the future.
