The camera sits on a male news anchor. Dark green eyes stare into the camera for just a moment, letting the audience have a second before speaking.

"In moments Premier Estridge will be making a public, televised speech. How much longer?"

Unseen one man raised his hand and mouthed a few works.

"Oh, it's starting now."

The feed cuts from the news room to an outside setting. Behind an elegant wood podium stands the Premier of Neo-Soviet Russia , Adin Estridge. Dressed in a simple grey suit, white shirt with a maroon tie, the Premier looks to be in fine health minus a slight hint of sleep deprivation. His hair, short though still enough to be brushed, is unbothered as a light wind blows. A pair of dark brown eyes gaze into the camera.

"Ladies and gentlemen, it would seem that the United Socialist States of Neo Soviet Russia has taken an all but complete isolationist stance towards the world outside of this nation. This stance being one that I hate to admit. With this though I would like to change that. With that I would like to announce that the USSNSR is once more looking to dramatically increase it's worldwide partners. I wish to create new relationships with nations who I have yet the opprotunity to speak to and to reaffirm and strengthen relationships that have been held for years. Neo Soviet Russia is, with all of that said, calling out for any and every nation willing to hear us, willing to speak with us. With those few words said I shall leave you people be."

As President of the european Federal Union, I would like to soon start negotitaions with the USSNSR, on agreements that may help my region and your own develop a diplomatic relationship.

The Dominion of The Masterless is interested in establishing peaceful diplomatic communications with the USSNSR, as well as the exchange of embassies and diplomats and the creation of oppurtunites for trade and other agreements of mutual benefit.

The Commonwealth of McQuaide is pleased to hear the USSNSR's statement of intent to rejoin the international community. We too are in a process of reversing our formerly isolationist stance.

To foster better relations between our two states, the Commonwealth of McQuaide desires to make the following offer for exchange of diplomatic missions:

1) Exchange of embassy facilities. The government of USSNSR will be provided with one of our four-story, spacious and modern embassy facilities in our capital's 'Embassy Row'. These buildings, buit six years ago on the banks of the Liffey river, are equipped with the modern communications and security systems that modern diplomatic missions demand. We will also offer a similar, but smaller, consular facility in our inland industrial and agricultural city of Novy Tiblisi.

2) Nation in Good Standing trade status. Reduced or eliminated tarriffs, extended rights to USSNSR corporations within Commonwealth borders.

3) Military non-aggression treaty. This can, upon a period of negotiation, result in a mutual defense pact.

4) Cultural exchange. Citizens of USSNSR shall be welcomed in McQuaide universities, hospitals, and other facilities, enjoying the same rights as McQuaide citizens. In case of legal trouble, USSNSR citizens can be extradicted to USSNSR Courts, on the condition that similar rights be extended in the trial process.

We would welcome open relations with Neo-Soviet Russia to enhance peace, trade and security in the region.

Embassies, Trade, alliances (20% discount on all items in my store front :wink: ), etc are not only welcome, but encouraged.

It is in this spirit that he has petitioned for an embassy exchange between our two nations. Our nation may not wield the economic, political and military power of your own, but our people are friendly and enlightened, and we would welcome a closer bond.

The Emperor of the Ghargant Empire respectfully rejects your proposal. He intends no hostile feelings and hopes you understand this. Outsiders simply cannot be tolerated within Ghargonian territory.

Ghargonia: Had it insulted the Premier it wouldn't be a cause worth the lives of men. Though he wishes to know if the Emperor would possibly be willing to meet him, if not in Ghargonia, then within the USSNSR or some other location.

Now that the embassy is finished we admire the unique and foreign archintecture, the slighlty laid back people oaccasionally stopping to admire it or stare. There have been no trouble makers and occasionallya passer by or tourist takes photos.

Our limited economy has begun exporting a few goods and recieving imports as dictated by our governement and the wishes of the people.

A few of our schools are proposing week long student exchanges with some of your schools. (obviously the hardest working students are the ones given this opportunity) THe insight into your culture and language is something they will benifit from and the change will be a good reward for the hard working pupils.

Port cities of the USSNSR shall await the Abral Narth cargo haulers. Corporations and businesses within Neo Soviet Russia, once deciding what first to begin exporting, shall begin immdiatly. It is expected that, among other things, electronics equipment and clothing will be among the list of things.

We also wish to make a suggestion pertaining to the idea of week long student exchanges. We feel that overall a week would not be enough for any student to get a full idea. It would overall seem more like a vacation or something of the sort. Instead we propose the ideas of either a) Exchanges are for the season of Summer, b) students are exchanged for a semester, c) students are exchanged for a full school year, or d) students are exchanged for longer, possibly a full year.

The emperor maintains his xenophobic policies as strictly as his predecessor did. As a result, Ghargonia has only two foreign ambassadors as he feels any more would unduly contaminate our nation. Indeed, the Foreign Office has only five members of staff, whereas the Military Headquarters has over 5,000. He has never left the borders of Ghargonian territory, and sadly probably never will.

The Republic of Westtle would like to built strong long-lasting relationships with Neo-Soviet Russia. We wish to send a dozen or so Foreign Affairs Officials to your capital to talk poltitics.

Ghargonia: That is sad in ways though we must accept for that is all we can do. We hope though that maybe some day the foreign ambassadors will be able to meet up with ambassadors of Neo Soviet Russia, and that the Emperor himself may open up more in the future.

The Proletariat Union of Comrade General is looking to establish a peaceful diplomatic relationship with the USSNSR, as well as the exchange of embassies and diplomats and the creation of oppurtunites for trade and other agreements of mutual benefit.

Land of the Red Army would also like to increase relations with the USSNSR in the areas of trade, diplomacy, and comradeship.

As the head of the RKKA Alliance (workers' and peasants' red army) I would like to extend our hand in friendship and possible joining of alliance. We have ten member regions and more on the horizon. We are a growing army and organization becoming more involved in International Incidents.
