IC: Today the nations of Mexico and Central America surprisingly voted in favor of giving up their soverignties and have requested annexation in to Whittier. Whittier has obliged them by admitting them as socialist republics into the Union Of People's Republics. Thank you and good night.

There might just be a problem with that, seeing as the Aztec National League pretty much owns that.

Yeah it is. Though ANL doesn't exist in my universe. Some one else owns mexico.

um, it probably depends on what types of conflicts are going around, because Im sure that some nations magically transport their entire nation to differrent universes every day.

Don't have an exact count but must a hundreds of them. Whittier is the only nation I know of that has actually developed cross dimensional travel capabilities though I do know of certain other nations that are trying to develop this capacity.
