---------MAGDHA's TERMS OF GRENVAL's SURRENDER------
The Nation of Grenval is hereby guilty of warmongering, fostering hostility against several nations, and attempting nuclear genocide by targeting Magdha's capital with nuclear weapons. In interest of world security the allied forces have decided to heavily disarm Grenval so he can no longer attack.
A. Grenval destroys all stealth aircraft, SLBMs, ICBMS, Submarines, and CBWs
B. Grenval limited to 50 Thermo-Nuclear Warheads
SECTION I. All terms placed upon the nation of Grenval can be changed or repealed by unanimous agreement from the nations of: Vyeryron, Magdha, Derainia, Gnugiwa, The Parthians, (insert any other nations here)
SECTION II. The Nation of Grenval is to destroy these weapons and not attempt to produce or procure any further stockpiles of Chemical or Biological Weapons, ICBMs, SLBMs, Submarines, Stealth Aircraft, or incendiary devices
SECTION III. The Nation of Grenval is no reduce its nuclear arsenal to 50 warheads. Their locations must be submitted to weapons inspectors every month.
SECTION IV revision- The Nation of Grenval is to state the location of storage and name all airbases at which an aircraft capable of spaceflight is being stored. All Grenval space weapons are to remain in geosynchronous orbit over Grencal
SECTION V- The Grenval Military is to be reduced to 1,000,000 Soldiers and 15,000 tanks. All tanks purchased, manufactured or used by Grenval must not be M1, M1-A1, or M2-A2 Abrams tanks. Tanks may not weigh more than 65 tons.
SECTION VI- The Grenval navy is to be reduced to- 5 Carriers, 3 Battleships, 20 Cruisers, and 60 Patrol Boats. Grenval cannot acquire or produce more ships without allied consent.
SECTION VII- The nation of Grenval is to pay a total of 6.25 billion Dollars as reparations to the 25,000 allied deaths due to war. For 10 years the nation of Grenval is to pay 1 billion Dollars to each allied nation per year
SECTION IX- Weapons inspectors are to permanently be assigned to Grenval and are allowed absolute freedom in where they can go and what they can see. They will remain until the allies agree to withdraw them.
SECTION X- All allies are to pull out of Universal Acceptance immediately.
THE FOLLOWING TREATY HAD BEEN READ AN APPROVED BY BOTH MAIN FORCES (MAGDHA and GRENVAL)
VYERYON WAS A NUETRAL MODERATER IN THE HEARING OF THIS TREATY.
THIS TREATY IS IN ACT AS OF SUNDAY, JUNE 20, 2004. 11:28p.m.
THIS TREATY WILL BE ENFORCED UNTIL OTHERWISE.
THIS TREATY WILL BE VOID IF EITHER PARTY BREAKS THE AGREEMENT.
