Japan, you've a bit to learn when it comes to RPing. I'm not sure if this is a joke account or you're just a bit noobish but some suggestions:
Write detailed RPs.
-Go into detail about why your country is declaring war.
-Get a number of perspectives. From the ideas of government officials to the eyes of the troops to those of intel
-Write detailed troop movements and happening.
-Actually Roleplay and not simply give a one line threat
