4th, going at war on the day of your country's foundation is not a good idea.

How do you start wars?

-Simple. Be a Jerk.

In reality? Just get a good reason to go to war and say "I declare war upon <insert nation here> because of <insert numerous offenses here> and <insert more numerous offenses here>"

Or you could just slug it out over the negotiating table...?

I would love it if something like that happened, like:
Delegate 1:I believe the best course of action would be an occupation done by*name of delgate 2's nation).
Delegate 2:No no no, I think your nation would be up to the job.
Delegate 1:F*** you it would, YOUR DOING THE OCCUPATION
Delegate 2:Screw you!
Then delegate 2 picks up his folding chair and hits delegate 1 in the head, then delegate 1 takes a nearby 2 by 4 and begins to beat delegate 2 to death.....
I would love it if something like that happened. :lol:
