The Ali'Staan Accord


1. Non-Aggression
No members of the Accord will commit aggression against a member of the Accord.

Free Trade
2. All Members of the Accord will remove tariffs on goods produced by the Accord.

3. Military Equipment Trade

a) All Members of the Accord will agree to have a 10% discount on sale of military products to Accord Members.

b)Members of the Accord agree to share military technology, I.E., every Accord nation may manufacture (but not sell) weapons made by other Accord nations.

4. Rapid Deployment Force

The Accord will maintain a common fund, to which each nation will contribute the equivalent of one billion dollars per year.
This money will be used to create a common Rapid Deployment Force for the protection of the members of the Accord.
Every nation will also contribute 10,000 troops to the RDF.

5. Figures of Power
The Accord will appoint a President, a Foreign Affairs Advisor, and a Military Affair Advisor.

6. Creation of a Propaganda Board
The Accord will have a propaganda board, designed to promote the viewpoint of the Accord on current affairs

7. Powers of the President

a)The President of the Accord will have the power to authorize deployment of the RDF

b)The President of the Accord will have the power to authorize alliances with other international groups.

c)The President of the Accord will have the power to command the RDF. However, in case he is not available, the Military Affairs Advisor shall command the RDF

d)The President of the Accord will have the power to appoint the Advisors.

8. Voting

a)The President will be voted for every 4 years.

9.Powers of the Military Advisor

a)The Military Advisor of the Accord will have the power to command the RDF in situations were the President is inavailable.

b)The Military Advisor will make a common standard for military technology.

10. Powers of the Foreign Advisor

a)The Foreign Advisor will set the tariff rate against foreign products on a per-nation basis. If the tariff on a nation's goods is undecided by him, individual Accord members may decide it.

b)The Foreign Advisor will be in charge of the Accord's economic warfare operations

c)The Foreign Advisor will warn the Accord and it's President of possible threats to Accord Security.

11. Mutual Aid
All nations of the Accord will aid each other in case it becomes a victim of aggression or in case of natural disaster.

12.Flag of the Accord
A flag of the Accord, to be used on all RDF vessels and units will be agreed upon.

The Stealthy Shadow is a nation that was isolated for thousands of years, but now we wish to open up diplomatic relations with other nations. One of our main barriers to this was the fear of making enemies, but we believe that in joining the Accord we will have protection from such enemies.

We are not a tiny nation, and will, if accepted, serve the Accord well whenever we have the chance to give something back to the organisation.

I would say I'm pretty good. I have only done a couple but if you look at the Greek Rebellion (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=154780&highlight=). I'm pretty sure you'll like it. In the Greek Rebellion I am playing as the greeks aganist Ottoman Kraif. I may be only 17 days old but I have read all of Clans tutorials. I am trying to be very accuate with my spending and such. I started off bad but right now I have a complete listing of the First Army of Scoyle. Although I am still putting finishing touchs to it. The nation of Erinin's ruling body (The Fenian Council).
Acting as the Head of the Allied Ancient Order of Hibernians.
Submits for the inspection of the governing nations of the Ali'Staan Accord.
A proposal of alignment of various powers and economic interests.
These include but are solely limited to:

1. All 'Accord' nations recieve a blanket 25% discount on all Erinin Arms products currently sold or that will be sold. Recieving the complimentry 'gifts' that AOH members themselves receive.

2. All 'Accord' nations recieve discounts on FallCorp. Logistical solutions, and the use of FallCorp. ICF(International Correctional Facility).

3.AOH member nations agree that all disputes with 'Accord' nations be settled via vote, of the combined 'Accord' and AOH governing nations.
and vice versa.

4.AOH members comply with 'reasonble defense' protocols. Where in all efforts deamed none detramental to the welfare of the nation will made in defense of 'Accord' nations who request such.
'Accord' nations of course aford this same courtesy.

5.No Tariffs will be yielded upon AOH/Accord transactions.

6. Production laws are up held and no AOH nation may produce Accord technology with out prior permission. No Accord nation may repoduce AOH technology without prior permission.
