The Tsar of Dr_Twist in Exile Released a Press Statement a while ago:

To the Nations of the WOrld, It is clear that the Population of Dr_Twist want the Monarchy to return to power in Dr_Twist, We have been Able to rally allies of the Monarch Government to help in the Revolution and remove the Communists from the Nation, But interesting news has Reach my Desk in Independent Hitmen where I am presently in Exile, It has appeared that General Franklin is nor more then a Puppet Government of Russian Forces, and has Stated he is going to Russia to go into Exile. This is a Critical Moment for the Population of Dr_Twist. The Communists no longer have a leader in place to Direct them around there Business.

We are Expecting the Communist Government to fall in no time at all now, Especially after the Communist Government Gassed Greece a Nation Controlled by AMF since the RF/ADK War's.

When the Communists fall in Dr_Twist I will return as King of Dr_Twist and rebuild Dr_Twist back to its old Days of Diplomacy.

I appeal to the Nations of the World, Don't Stand down, Free the Dr_Twist People from this Terrible Government, and this Dictatorship which is Controlled by Moscow!

OCC:If you actually knew, The Tsar is in exile, the Government that did all the gassing has gone into exile in Russian Forces, They are 2 different Governments :roll:
