OOC: VSEC (Victoria Space Exploring Center) is a department of the Alliance Victoria, we are now working on a Victoria Communication Network!
Today, in Praetonia, the Victoria Space Exploring Center launched the first two satelittes of the Communication Network between Victoria Nations....
Everything went as planned, journalists were spoken to in the press conference after the launching and all VA nations had no problem transmitting the launch on National TV...
The Schedule went as planned:
T- 2 Hrs. and counting- Payload placed in payload faring and put atop Titan 4B
T- 1 Hr. 30 minutes and counting- Countdown Begins
-Launch controllers report to the FD or MOD
T- 1 Hr 15 minutes and counting- VMC Server comes online
-RSO: Weather checks and reports to FD & MOD
T- 1 Hr. 10 minutes- Propellant begins fueling launch vehicle
-Mission controllers connect to VMCS via VMC
T- 1 Hr. and HOLDING- 20 minute hold for VMCS systems and MC check begins
HOLDING+ 5 minutes- Check status of VMCS, Resolve all server issues
HOLDING+ 10 minutes- Resolve Mission controller-VMCS connections problems
T- 1 Hr and COUNTING- RSO: weather checks and report to FD & MOD
T- 50 minutes and counting- FD: First GO/NO Go polling sequence
T- 45 minutes and counting- EECON: Engine systems checks and report to FD & MOD
T- 40 minutes and counting- Public countdown begins
-Final launch preparations begin
T- 30 minutes and HOLDING- 10 minute built in hold
HOLDING+ 1 minute- COMMS and VMC connections check
HOLDING+ 5 minutes- Titan 4B fueling complete
T- 30 minutes and COUNTING- RSO: Weather checks and report to FD & MOD
