Clan Chancellor Kotan sat on his balacony Soon it would happen soon
he would be named Emperor. He smiled at the thought. A fierce breeze blew past his face as a darkl & foreboding storm approached. His plan would work. He would soon control every aspect of his country.
Under Manstara rule he had been put in charge as military minister because Manstara said he belonged there. So he had acces to the A.R.C. trooper program. He was also an inspiring military scientist. So he implented a gene into the A.R.C. cloning tanks. Where they would remain loyal to the to Jason and Jason alone(Kotan first name is Jason). So they all had become pure loyal to the Jason.
Once he activated the signal hundreds of thousands(300,000 to be exact) of A.R.C. troopers would march for the Chancellor's Palace. Already pre-briefed on there mission. There they would take control of Waterfall city. Then he would execute the Clan council and establish the Dark Empire of The Dracun Imperium. With Waterfall City under his control and it's mighty defenses no one would stand a chance.
He walked over to his room. Turned on the computer and pressed a few keys when the signal screen poped up "Yes it is time"He hissed and pressed it. Now throughout Dracun Over the air raid sirens which were everywhere even in the country side would play a loud BWOOP over and over again. Now Countless A.R.C. troopers were on there way and Jason would be victorious
