After a brief period of isolationism, the new Enlightened Despot has arrived to the conclusion that such a policy has not been helpful towards the nation's growth and development - therefore, Exonerate is re-opening relations with any other nations it had previous relations with, in addition to establishing new ones. All nations are welcomed, although we would like to stress that opening a line of communication does not indicate an pact, alliance, or anything of the sort. We are prepared to offer space for embassies in our second capital, since our capital has little space available in its CBD.
OOC: I was on a long hiatus due to school work, other stuff, etc... But its summer vacation now, and I'm back.
