Explorers from the People's Republic of Vistadin have discovered a new landmass, about 900 miles across from the east shore to the west shore. The 'colonists' have settled and declared their independence as a new nation "The People's Republic of La Esperanto Movado". This large island seems to be uninhabited. To fund the building of a new independent nation, the Minister of State has authorized the sale of many islands surrounding La Esperanto Movado. This is on a first come, first served basis.

The Island of Rose would like to purchase Maro. We will transport the Island near ours and use it to move some population out of our Island. And no not it's a racist policy, and no we will not kick them out. They will move to the Island of their own free will. Agreed?
