Perhaps put on a system whereby you won't be allowed to post again for a week if you use the words "attack"/"I declare"/"war", and any number over about 10,000 in a thread...

*nods* i like it. i like it a lot. furthermore, i think for second time offenders where it normally says "the empire of", "the united states of" or whatever they have, it should be switched to something like "the incredibly noobish, impotent, pathetic nation of". third time offenders, we trace their IP, track em down, and give em what they have coming.
