Alright, these babies are my first in a long line of ships. Tell me what you think, please. Remember, I'm still pretty new at this.

Dagger-class light fighter
Perfect for fighting against small fighter groups, useful in large numbers.

Scimitar-class medium fighter
More heavily armoured than the Dagger. Still useful in groups.

Weapons Guide:
MAC gun- fires a magnetically accelerated solid titanium-trinium shell at near-warp speeds. anti-capital ship weapon
Photonic Cannon- quick-firing pulse laser. breaks down components into their base elements. good for fast moving targets.
FAT missile- Fusion Arcing Trajectory missile. carries fusion warheads of varying weight at varying ranges. flies at FTL speeds. good anti-capital ship weapon
AMP gun- Angled Metadynamic Projection gun- an emitter fires a beam of high-yield energy at a target. Has a 180o fire zone. Good for fast moving targets or close combat

These aren't too bad. Your mac guns, essentially railguns, may be overkill. How heavy is the shell it fires? Other than that, not bad at all, I think.

OOC: You want overkill? Try a heavy railgun that sends a ferrous slug the mass of a large (20 ton) van up to the speed of light. :shock:
