I've decided that Feazanthia is going to become my future tech nation. Why have I decided this? Because by the time the area becomes safe for habitation, my puppet nation will have far surpassed Feazanthia and I wont care anymore. Therefore, Feazanthia is to become a planet. I'll work out the details later, but be warned. Feazanthia has a 586 million population, and I'm a sort of sci-fi nut.

Have you considered alliances? Future tech is becoming even more violent than modern tech, especially with the Shivan menace.
