Perfect Child Inc. was founded by the Miller Family who had the unfortune that all sons they had died in infanacy while they remained unable to produce girls. To get around this problem and begin building a family they started a foundation devoted to coordinating the genes of unborn children and very young children inorder to save them from the traps of their D.N.A. It worked wonderfully and the Miller had a large family of ten including both daughters and sons. However since that time the foundation has evolved so that not only the unfortunate, but any parent might change their children for the better. However we have a strict rule that only unborn children and those between the ages of 1 though 10 can be worked on. After that it is too dangerous and often results in death.
