How do you become the UN delegate of region that currently does not have one i would like some help on this issue :P
Although the question is a valid one, this is in the wrong forum. But no biggy. I don't actually know...So I can't help! SOrry.

As rufai said this is the wrong forum you would eb better asking in the gameplay or UN sections.
but to answer your question:
1st join the UN, then get the majority of UN members within your region to endorse you (if youa re in a small region you will need at least 2 endorsements).
