Approximately 20 million letters have been delieverd to homes across Polska today, initiating the order for conscription in the twistian war, eger young men willing to fight for there cause have been flooding into recruitment stations across the land and siging up to the CPAF.

In response to this, the Celtayoshi Premier made this speach.

Ladies and gentlemen, people of Celtayoshi, it is my sad duty to repot that the conscription which Communistpoland has now intiated has been the deciding factor, less than 1 hour ago the securtiy council was meeting to decide if Celtayoshi needed to send in its own troops to back up those already fighting in the Ottoman Joint Army, we have decided that Celtayoshi would be ignorant not to stand up to the mass genocide caused by the former government in Dr Twist. It is therefore my duty to inform you that Celtayoshi will be sending over its largest military depolyment ever, the reservists are to be placed on standby, we pray for those men and women who will go out to fight for freedom, and we will be victorious, the oppressors will be defeated.
