We are willing to trade the first few shipments of Uranium in exchange for foreign aid to construct Uranium Enrichment facilities as well as foreign advisors to train our citizens to staff the facilities. This is a great way to get some quick uranium as our unenriched stockpiles increase daily.

The Premier is very worried about these Uranium shipments.

The enlightened dictator of The Allied States of Opal Isle would not be all together against a UN sponsored committee to review the nation recieving the shipment to make sure the uranium would be used for something benevolent, such as medicine.

IC: An alternative would be for the Allied States of Opal Isle to open our doors to foreigners allowing a University to be established here for the specific purpose of studying the the possibilities of expansion of the use of uranium in medicine. All offers shall be considered.

The NAS would like to make a purchase of 500 tons of Uranium for use within an (Under construction) thermal nuclear reactor. As the NAS currently relies on the combustion of fossil fuels for energy this will greatly reduce our pollution output. A small amount will be processed for use as projectile weapon ammunition, though this is still at the testing stage and has yet to be fielded. No other uses are planned.

The Holy Republic is indeed interested in the Uranium trade between your nation and ours. If possible, we would like to construct a deal involving the trade of 2500 Metric Tonnes of refined uranium over a years worth of time, for the use in a space port project under development in the Monelukast region. In return, we give you the use of Medical Research facilities in the Holy Republic. We would offer you free use of the Kasykosmekyov Plantation Facilities and acess to all medicinal properties manufactured, as well as any amenities needed for Opal Isle researchers. Funding for medicinal research on your behalf will be provided to a set extent for the Opal Isle.
