The Kingdom of Weyr is interested in exchanging embassies with the the Holy Empire of Finnultia.

Space will be prepared inside Embassy Tower within 24 hours of the confirmation of this message. If possible, please state the approximate amount of space you will require and/or the number of delegates and staff who will be part of your permanent embassy.

An ambassador, a commercial attaché, a diplomatic attaché, as well as 6 general staff and 10 High Guard are standing by for your approval. We can either construct an embassy or purchase an existing structure, depending on what you advise.

It should be noted that the Holy Empire of Finnultia is required to pay for all court charges and sentences that result from crimes committed by any members of your delegation. The only three crimes possible within the Kingdom of Weyr are murder, theft, and malicious manipulation. In the interests of transparency, the Free State of Ardchoille has decided to publish details of its Embassy here. Our Ambassador will be Mme Feline Thibaudet, one of the Senior Firewitches. She will be accompanied by a junior diplomat, her nephew, Thierry LaFronde; also present will be the Ardchoille Cat Sestet.
Although Mme Thibaudet is probably one of the most powerful Firewitches of recent times, she adheres scrupulously to the tenets of Wiccan, of which the first is Do No Harm. She therefore represents no threat to your nation, though obviously well able to defend herself. Monsieur LaFronde was Dux of last year's graduating class of Logicians; he is young, impetuous and will doubtless make mistakes. Sestet is wise, decorative and practised in hauling him out of trouble.
We eagerly await the arrival of your embassy. A number of residences are available on Diplomatic Row and Embassy Hill. We usually mark the arrival of Ambassadors with a formal reception in the Very Grand Hall.-D

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has selected Maria Tredeneck as ambassador to Ardchoille and Daniel Corogii as ambassador to Celtayoshi. Our ambassadors will bring with them Finnultia's national animal, the condor, as a gift to the national zoo of all countries where our embassies are.

Ardchoille will warmly welcome Mme (Mlle,Miss, Mrs, Ms?) Tredeneck at a reception in the Very Grand Hall at 8pm next Saturday. Fortunately, our co-President, Mr Ben Chifley, is back from his balloon tour to lend a little dignity to the occasion. All members of the diplomatic circle are invited.

Floors 45-47 of Embassy Tower have been readied for the Finnultian delegation. It is recommended that the said delegation arrive to Wye International Skyport, and be taken to Embassy Tower by Diplomatic Service escort.

The Diplomatic Service pays for all security, electricity, water, waste removal, and fiber-optic communications within Embassy Tower. Furniture, computers, and any other equipment or services are available upon request.

It should be noted that the Holy Empire of Finnultia is required to pay for all court charges and sentences that result from crimes committed by any members of your delegation. The delegation is departing for Wye International Skyport with all equipment necessary. Thank you for the escort service to Embassy Tower, Finnultia is anxious to begin diplomacy with Weyr.

Ardchoille, Ms.Tredeneck has made special arrangements for a condor to visit. The creatures are extremely intelligent and bond well with their trainers, thus they can be trained not to need a cage. Please let Ambassador Tredeneck know how long the University would like to observe the condor, and the necessary food and supplies will be accounted for (note: condors enjoy attention, so any duration is acceptable).

We in Ybronneb believe that much can be gained through a trade of embassies, services, et cetera. We would like to establish an embassy in your esteemed nation. In exchange we would allow you to establish up to 3 embassies in Ybronneb, and full Special Operations support when needed. Our Special Operations Force is one of the best in the region. We have eliminated several potential threats with them. Also, we are a very small nation. We only have 87,000 sq. miles of land. Until we can gain land from neighboring countries, we are at a loss as to where to put our military bases. These bases need to be very secret. We are willing to pay 1 million gibbons for every base you allow us to establish in a secretive area (Forests, Mountains, Etc.). We want to put them underground if possible. Thank you for your courteous response. Three months should be sufficient to allow all interested Ardchoilleans to visit the condor. Your beastie could hold court between 10am and 2pm, if that's not too long. (That should let schoolkids and workers on lunch-hour have a go.)
We have designers working on condor merchandise ("I saw the Condor!" and "Condors rock, OK!" T-shirts, soft toys, postcards, mousepads, breakfast cereal give-aways, etc.) Naturally, we will allow Ms Tredeneck to vet them to ensure tasteful exploitation. Our usual arrangement on such cultural events is 10% of profits to the visiting nation. If you would prefer alternative arrangements, we will be happy to discuss them with Ms Tredeneck.

Finnultia would be pleased to begin diplomacy with The Armed Republic of Ybronneb. Unfortunately, HEF does not allow foreign nations to establish bases in our nation no matter how much money is paid.
