The SDMS (Swedish Dominions Military Scientists) has discovered a way of cloning HIV viruses.
They have found a way of making a hybrid between the HIV virus and an ordinary Flue virus. This way the HIV will enter the body the same way as a flue, via the mouth or nose. And it will infect every individual the infected meets. Just like a flue.

The infected will not notice the virus until 4 days later. Until then the infected will have lots of time spending with other individuals.
And the process goes on.

Now for the big question. How to deliver the virus.

You can either infect a "guinnie pig" and send the individual to the desired place. The individual will infect as many people as possible until he/she dies 4-10 days later.
If this works in reality the amount of dead within a week could well exeed 10 000 people, and nobody will now what hit them.

We are glad that any further development of this virus has been halted. What concerns us is that the obviously excellent technical competence of the scientists of Swedish Dominions is being used to create weapons, rather than a cure.

Perhaps they can be persuaded to creating a cure to this plague. The notes were not destroyed so the cure can be constructed from them. If not, they should be destroyed to prevent the recreation of the origional strain again.

Cardassia Minor will send the 45th Battle group to Swedish Dominions. Our ships will blockade the nation form orbit. Any vessels that try to run the blockade will be searched by Cardassian Hasmat crews. If the peacekeeping force fails, chances are the Battlegroup will open fire on the nation.

the new sigmisundian empire in concurrence with the invite of DGNT will send 2 standard regiments (the mutalry 2nd, urban specialists. the sigmisundian 32nd, heavy infantry) 3 mechanised infantry (sigmisundian mechanised 6th, 2nd and 12th) and the geofforian 7th tank regiment.

The SDMS are secretly burning the Labs down and taking all equipment. They are now heading into the seemingly endless swedish forests with the remaining viruses.

The lens of an observation satellite zooms in. Images of flames and figures retreating into the forest are recorded and sent to mission control.

An observer reviews the data and passes it to his superior. The data is then transmitted to the capital where it is reviewed by the Emperor.

"Deliver this to Dontgonearthere. They can use it to track those scientist. We don't want them to get away with that or we will have to commence with Operation: Sterilize."

About 5 minutes later a message is forwarded with a file attachment showing the scientist slipping into the trees, along with the coordinates.

Shortly after the delivery of the photos a number of DGNT landing ships are launched from orbit, carring specialy trained troops to search out the forests.
Once they land and deploy their troops the craft take off and begin making sweeps over the forest pausing every now and then to send messages to the troops and to the high command.

As of today the state of Swedish Dominions has been integrated into the Dontgonearthere Empire, strangley enough the govornment and their familes still seem to be alive, though a number of offciaisl have vanished it is unclear as to whether this is the action of DGNT or the officials leaving themselves.
The President of Swedish Dominions along with most of his high-staff have been informed that they will soon be relocated to a facility in the Pointless Isles until the bioweapon this war is all about is located.

DGNT troops arrived in the Swedish capitol today, and have begun prepreations for an official government switch-over. Other nations peacekeeping forces, including CorpSac, Crazed Marines and New Sigmundsun are presently en-route.
No active rebbelions have been noted, but troops do report occasional harrassment, such as people hurling bottles and bricks.
Few arrests have been made and the current unrest seems to be dying down.

I believe it would be safe to say the same attention that is being shown to SD would also be targeted upon you if you tried to possess this world threatening viral weapon. This is not the plague, it is a combination of the HIV virus and the common flu. It spreads through simple breathing and other -easy- ways to catch the flu. Imagine if HIV was that easy to catch.

It is infectious for about four days before showing any signs of infection. That means you infected everyone you had contact with over the past 4 days before you began to show symptoms. How many people can you infect in your daily activities? An how many can they in turn effect? How about the ones after that? I guess you see the point.
