Space Based Weapon Tested
Today Magdha has tested a Space weapon which shoots a beam (originally created in a undisclosed location in Magdha and beamed up to the satellite.) of Ions down from a special satellite. This "Ion Cannon" has the ability to literally cook anything within 500m of the target point. The Atoll in the Maldives was effectivley vaporized by this weapon's first test.

OCC: I'd sure hate to be one of the people who RP as the Maldives. This wasn't inspired in anyway by my Gigantic planet-frying Ion Cannon in the SCARR thread, was it? I'd like to think I started a new fad...

I own the maldives, I was inspired by CnC generals.

I dont know if you can- its in geosyncronous orbit over India(which I own)

I also have numerous relays on orbit. Please don't get them confused with Aori's.
