Erik von Blatterschplitt looked at the treaty on his desk, send by the Corrheian government. Excellent. Reviewing the treaty one last time, he dipped his pen into the inkwell on his desk and signed his name.

1.The People's Republic of Corrheia and The Socialist Empire of Edolia do thereby proclaim a treaty of friendship.

2.It is agreed that when a citizen of The Socialist Empire Edolia commits a crime in The People's Republic of Corrheia, or against a Corrheian citizen, he will be extradited to The People's Republic of Corrheia, and vice versa.

3.The Socialist Empire of Edolia will export no illicit recreatinal drugs, save marijuana and it's products (with a THC content no higher than 10.5%) into The People's Republic of Corrheia.

4. The Socialist Empire of Edolia and the People's Republic of Corrheia will protect each other in case of aggression by foreign states.

5.The People's Republic of Corrheia will allow Edolian citizns to visit it's territory at will, except those employed in the manufacture of recreational drugs illegal in the Republic.
