MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND RESEARCH RELEASE

The Commonwealth of McQuaide, desiring to end its reliance on commercial weather, communications, and reconnaissance satellite assets, has developed its own space program. Within six years, the first Commonwealth weather satellite will be launched atop a 'Sokhumi'-Class launch vehicle based upon a demilitarized SS-17 ballistic missile platform. As part of a deal negotiated by a previous Georgian government, all nuclear warheads were destroyed, but the launch vehicles were retained. These are now to be converted to launch platforms for satellites.

Our present launch schedule calls for the first Sokhumi vehicle to be followed by tri-monthly launches of three more Sokhumi satellites. After these first four launches, the first of the Commonwealth’s ambitious ‘Gori’ SS-19 launch vehicles will carry the first of four communications relay satellites into orbit. Finally, as the culmination of our launch program, the first ‘Tiblisi’ class SS-18 heavy launch vehicle will carry a scientific payload into orbit, to study various atmospheric and astronomic phenomena.

In order to help pay for this ambitious program, the Commonwealth of McQuaide is reserving 1/3 of our launch vehicles for commercial use. The McQuaide Space Agency will, for a fee, assemble, mate, and launch any non-military satellite for a fee. Fees will be based on the size of the payload to be launched and the orbital height desired.

To reserve a launch vehicle now, list the following information:

Payload weight: 0-2.55 tons SS-17, 0-8.8 tons SS-18, 0-4.35 tons SS-19

The People's Republic would be willing to offer your government $15million in overseas aid for each foreign satellite you launch, in exchange for the details on the orbits of said satellites. There would be no constraints on what the aid could be spent on.
Naturally if you go public with this deal we would disavow all knowledge of it.

The ERIC technology, which is onboard the ERIC satelite and was the goal of the ERIC space program holds many espionage traights. Durring launch, it was said to be a weather satalite, when forgien pictures came in from a space mission showed camras, we tould them it was for thermal and x-ray pictures.
The satalite itsself holds five camras. One that recives Radio waves, an other which takes plain visual picutrs, Infrered, Microwaves, and Ultraviolet rays. These five give good triats to be called a "Spy" satalite, but we don;t like the name, too bad, we call it "Information Gathering" satalite.
If you are enterested in the technology/programs used, along with mechanics and such, an agreement can be sent becouse we have done past buisness before (i belive...)

we will pay the Money as soon as our small team (12 men) of Specialists arive with the Satellite, which has now been Completed. it has been Loaded onto a Southeast Provice Supply ship, and will set sail fror McQuaide in 3 weeks.

It has been accepted through a three hour debate. However, we ask to have an extra royalty:
Modify Intelliagnce pretianing to Truitt to Intelligance Pretaining Truitt and McQuaide for future possitive relations.

I ask that we discuss the rest via Telegram. We are currently putting together a version of the satalite instructions and operations guides in english currently, once we have fully prepaired the books, we will send plans to the GIG section of the satalite (the Camra and Transponder Section). After the plans are sent, a satalite, ready for launch, will be sent to your borders at a pre-set location every NS year.
Please take into account that the launchings of the ERIC satelites look simular to small nuclear missles, with out wareheads and atomosphere protected.
