Hatarian KGB agenets have just lerned that Terrorists are the ones behind the attack on The Fedral Union Ships that Started the TFU-Adelaide War.
The Terrorists were part of a Rebel group that fought a Civil War with the Adelaide Gov, The KGB thinks that it was this Rebel Group that sunked the TFU ships.
"They could have got the subs from the Black Market." says KGB Dietctor, Tho'ik Gonar.
The Hatarian Navy has been ordered to look for the Rebel Base and Destroy it.
