IC: The Shivan Imperium is offering complete immunity and a vast reward for the location of the fleeing Underwater Asylum populace. The nation that gives the Imperium the location of the remaining UA colonies and systems will effectively be immune from all and every shivan attack forever, as well as gaining a vast sum of money 50 billion USD or any equivalent.

Threaten not the last survivors of a beleaguered kingdom. Any nation that dares to receive immunity from the Shivans will be considered an enemy to humanity and an enemy to the Star Realm of the Five Civilized Nations.

You, Shivan scum have yet to face the wrath of the Star Realm of the Five Civilized Nations. Therefore, the Five Civilized Nations hereby challenges you Shivans to a battle between our empires to decide the fate of the universe.

Metallinauts. The Shivans are a clan based government. It's people aren't oppresed peace lovers. They want you dead too. If you managed to march into the worldbase, (which is highly doubtful) you wouldn't be greated as liberators. You wouldn't be greated. There would be no-one left. All Shivans hate everyone else. The are a hive.

You will still what. Try to liberate them, or try to march into the worldbase? Both are doubtful, as one, they don't want to be liberated, especially not by an inferior race. (they do support their queen/head after all) Marching into the worldbase on your own would be quite impossible. They've had subspace to themselves for millenia to fortify.
