With Senate division growing between the Liberal Party and Communist Coalition, it has been over a month since the passage of the Bill of Supply. Leaving the Government to rely on the annual Tribute from Crete to finance itself.
In a move that is sure to put the Senate at further odds the President has invoked the ancient custum of Public Assembly, thus bypassing the Senate and having the Bill placed directly before the Citizens of Rotovia.
The funding requested as follows:
-$1 Billion for Ministry for Education
-$3 Billion for Ministry for Health and Social Welfare
-$1.4 Billion for State Expences
-$200 Million for Ministry for National Defence
-$10 Million for Ministry for Internal Security
-$5 Billion, to be allocated at the President's Discretion
Additional Clause:
-The Bill of Supply shall now only require a majority vote, as apose to a 2/3 majority vote as it currently stands.
