The Newfound Empire of Cariada
Greetings.
I am here to inform from the throne of Emperor Cork: several new changes shall be made, many of which will infringe upon the personal freedoms and overall, eh, political influence of many within the new Cariadan society. Rule with an iron fist shall henceforth be domestic policy as it surely is better than the sordid way of democracy.
We hope to expand our affairs in the near future with hopes of an expanding population as well.

The Kaiser looked at the revised map of the Eropid continent with concern. With the territories that were formerly known as the "Divided Latium States" now combined, Attican influence over the small states could surely end. It depended on the possibility of the Attican monarchy putting enough pressure on the Cariadan government in order to break it.

OOC: For refrence, NCC is National Cautionary Council and it's the equilivent of CIA or more along the lines of the KGB the Soviet's had, because it's more than just spies and what not.

Two transports begin preparations to take off for Cariada, only around 15,000km to the east. Sea-borne transports filled with building materials also begin moving towards the east, in order to supply the materials needed for an expansive complex.
