Crsyindom, a relatively young nation, has now broken off its isolation from the world, so says Minister Lucille K. Burrow. Announcements were officially made just yesterday evening at the minister's press conference.
"We have been separated from this great world by tyranny and demagogues. This isolation will end and a bridge will be built! Before we broke into independence, we had no means of commerce, of ethic, of foreign culture. Theocracy is now diminished!"
When asked of how she would go by trading, the minister had this to say.
"I have joined ATM [Allied Trade of Montelukast] to break off this embargo. As it too was founded recently, I have been named Coordinator in league with The Holy Republic of Fodmodmadtol's Coordinator. We hope this federation will grow, as already, we have much to offer (OOC: read more about ATM http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=152735&highlight= there).
When asked of main industry, the minister replied with this-
"We specialize in Automobile Manufaction and Trout Farming."
Nemualt, Crysindom's capital city, where the conference was held, also had an insider view of life in Crsyindom. A clean city that reflects much of the country's patriotism and intelligence makes for many an "I-can't-believe-that" response when people are told that it once was sickly to live in. Those times ended, the minister has released information that future allies will find helpful.
"We have, currently, 1,000 men stationed in each of our main cities. Nemault, Siltcion, Burgundy, and Ptolemy. 25,000 are training in reserves and we hope to strengthen these numbers in not just main cities, but rural areas. Protection is one of Crsyindom's main concerns. We do have our scientists at NSE [National Space Exploration] working on technology to uphold current military affairs. On a side note, we do hope to reach the outer-space milestone within a few years."
Minister Burrow hopes to regain any diplomatic relationships as possible.
