Nuke Testing hits Urielikistan
50 of the new State of the Art Nuclear Missiles were tested, altho all malfunctioned. 30 nukes went flying toward somewhere in The Zoogie Isles and 20 accidently hit Urielikistan.
As for our knowledge, Urielikistan is a new country. We will immediately check at Urielikistan with health forces to remove the radioactive and the other waste that are yet unknown.
We have NO knowledge of how many people killed and NO knowledge of where it hit. Armed Knights will pay the consquences and pay 1.3 trillion dollars in apology.

Language difficulties aside. Your population is less than 100 million, his population is in the billions. Your hinted threats of an armed retaliation is indeed rather moot. Be glad they are paying at all.
