The Black Muramasa Research facility has had an anomaly which causes aliens from another dimension to teleport into the facility. You can RP as a scientist, security guard, or someone from your own country who teleports to the Black Muramasa Research facility via temporal anomaly. Also planes that are flying overhead may be forced to crash by random explosions and warps and stuff, that’s another way you can have a character be in this.

This is just a prologue; you don’t have to read this if you don’t want to.

I’ll be playing as Corporal Jolt, someone can play as Morgan Freeman if they want to. Also if someone wants to play as Black ops they can as well.

Morgan was late for his first day at work at the Black Muramasa Research facility. Once he arrived at the station he would have to check in with the guard as the system was down earlier.

Security guard: “Hey Mr. Freeman, we had a computer crash earlier and need to get things sorted out, head on over to the anomalous materials laboratory after putting on your danger suit.”

Morgan head over to the locker room where he put on his Dangerous Environment (DEV) Suit. After that he headed over to the Anomalous materials lab, he passed a room where a scientists was talking to Max, the notorious M-Dude. He arrived and was given instructions by scientists and put a specimen in a beam. After that the experiment goes haywire and there’s an explosion.


Meanwhile at a military base in Bleland
General Duwait: “No, we will not send in troops to destroy the evidence.”
General Duwait leaves the office, destroying the Black Muramasa research facility was insane.
Colonel: “We need to do something about this.”
Max: “Yes, send your men in, I’ll take care of things over here.”
The colonel prepares to go along with his troops, after he leaves Max turns to the black ops colonel.
Max: “My name is Max, if things don’t go according to plan I want you to destroy all evidence of this situation, make sure there are no witnesses.”
Black ops colonel: “I’ll send backup if things don’t go according to plan.”

Jolt was in a plane en route to the Black Muramasa after the colonel decided to go against Bleland and attack, the soldiers on the plane however, knew nothing of this. He was on his way when the plane crashed due to a random explosion, when he regained consciousness he was in an infirmary where a scientist had given him CPR, he had not received his orders as the sergeant said he would tell them their orders when they arrived. He got up and looked for his Powered Fighting Vest (PFV).

... Commander Katarn, with 3 members of his infantry division are sucked into the anomoly. They find themselves in a lab.
"Where are we Sir?" asks one of his men
"I'm not sure." Replies Katarn
"Smells like Earth" says a different member
Katarn sniffs the air "I think your right." he says back
"Sir, I hear someone coming!" says the other member.
"Quick, take cover behind those barrels" Shouts Katarn
"It smells like a human sir" says a member of his patrol
A shadow cuts out the only light into the room as a human enters it is...

There can be several different types of aliens if others want to be aliens as well. (As in different alien factions)

A security guard and a scientist open a door for marines that are waiting on the other side, the marines open fire and enter the lab, they walk past Katarn and his men without noticing them.

Marine: “Ok where is Morgan Freeman? Start questioning these scientists.”
5 Marines in total start interrogating the other scientists.

"What should we do sir?" asks a member of his patrol
"Stay low, and quiet. see what we can learn. Set weapons to stun" replies Katarn. Foolishly, an inexpewrienced member of the platoon drops his blaster whilst changes it's setting. it drops noisly to the floor...

In a dark coat, in a dark lab, at a dark hour was Captain Fizz.

"Fizz, my son," exclaimed the dastardly gaffer "Spiffing good work!"

"As you say," replied the Fizz, before draining the contents in a sink :shock:

Wa'kkk'isho clenched his eye shut while he felt the odd tingling he always got when teleporting through the gateways. He heard the buzz and

Fizz slept.

He woke. His hair stuck in clumps on his head, as he hadn't showered for weeks. He was close, but he just needed the final skitoop.

The contents were missing, and there was nothing he could do about that apart from hope. Hope and pray and sleep. :shock:

“What was that sound?” said a marine
Two marines go to investigate and see one of the patrols “Ahh” the marine runs back to the others. “We have our orders” The marines start launching grenades from their grenade launcher attachment on their sub machineguns.

Airfield:
The marine colonel told several troops to head out to different locations. “Get your troops down to the anomalous materials lab.” The flamethrower and his troops head out right away. A marine with a microwave pulse gun also headed out to a different location and one marine headed for the area where the tank was located.

OOC: These are bosses, in Half Life the final boss would be an alien, so if you’re RPing as aliens your final bosses could be humans (If you’re RPing as good aliens). Also regular bosses could be fought by anyone.

Over in Skaven Blight a Grey Seer decided to vent his anger on 10 man squad of canrats for the failure of the battle earlier today.
"Fool-fools, failed in the battle, now you won't die-die from the stunties, now you-you will die by my hand" he calmly said. The clanrats wen't to duck as he began to mutter incatations of unholy power. Unfotunantley, the temporal fissurse caused by (insert whatever went wrong) ended up frying the grey seer and teleporting the clanrat squad, if anybody had been watching and wasn't temporarley blinded, they would have seen something slither into the warp/rift/whatever...

The clanrats all fell roughley near a door to the outside...
The Clawleader(clanrat form of seargent)stumbled to his feet"Everybody OK"
One clanrat called off by the body of one of his fellows, who was shot in the back "Sir, we got-got a casualty, he was dead-dead before, honest :roll: "
At that moment something ripped its way out the door and dug a self-sealing tunnel before the shocked rat-men could do anything.
"What the hell was-was that"?
"Think it was a-a runner"?
"Naw, Grey Seer Ritisk didn't have-have any of them in his den, did-did he"?
Snagrat, the claw leader, finally spoke up "I don't know, and-and honestley, I don't care, look-look around, not in any friendley territory for-for sure"
Then the shadowy figure of the group, who was rumored to be a Gutter Runner, stopped dead, ears and whiskers twitching "listen....man-things are speak-speaking" The 9 Skaven scurried into corners/cover while eves dropping...

Is it alright if everyone posts whether they are good or bad, as well as if your characters speak English?

Note: Just because you’re both bad or both good does not necessarily mean you’re allied. (you can still fight each other due to misunderstanding)

“Welcome to Black Muramasa”
(that would be the title of the chapter for Jolt, you can make your own titles for chapters for your own characters.)

Corporal Jolt had put on his PFV and picked up a wrench. He asked a friendly security guard to open the door for him and he exited the infirmary. That sector of the building had not encountered hostile marines trying to kill them and Jolt had not received orders to kill anyone as his plane had crashed. An alien teleported and jumped at him, he hit it with the wrench and killed it, after that he came across a laser which redirected by smashing a mirror. He then went up to the surface.

OOC: I’m assuming that you guys are in different areas of the base right?

The two scientists were talking about the aliens they had in test chambers. “Quite an interesting specimen.” Then the scientist would just continue to talk about them.

Chapter 2: Sor wind

Gaffer eyed the Fizz warily.

He hadn't been the same lately ... ever since those experiments.

"Fizz," he said

"Gaffer," said Fizz

Fizz said, "Gaffer."

Gaffer said, "Fizz."

"Certainly," murmured Gaffer, scratching at his beard.

"Where are the contents?" Fizz demanded

Gaffer gave him a shocked look.

"You of all people should know that!"

cough cough half life.

cough cough half life.

Gaffer spun around, schoked.

"You!" he positively hissed

Raising the gun, he let rip his life changed for the good he did not know.

"Fool!" shouted Katarn to his troop. "Ok, when I say now, run out of hear, Guns firing Ok"
"Yes sir" replyed his troops. Katarn and his troops ran out, laser blasters blasting (on stun) not knowing what fire would be returned. :?:

My skaven are evil, but they basically kill everyone, if the situation is favorable, then they will readily ally(but will probably stab their allies in the back) and they speak english
as for the thing that came through, its basically an insect like creature, it/they ally with no one.....

CHAPTER 2 "I Don't Think Were In Kansas Sir"

The squad was hunkered down, Snagrat hissed an order at Skritt(the possible Gutter Runner)
"Can you see-see the man-things"?

"Yes sir, 2 in -lab-lab coats and one that is armed-armed"

The Clawleader pointed a finger at the warpfire thrower team
"You two-two, get up here and hose them down-down with that blasted weapon"

The 2 unfortunante Skaven dragged the weapon twoards the doorway and waited their superiors command.
"1..2...3"
On the last number the skaven turned the nozzle and jumped in blazing, causing the targets very skin to melt off as screams filled the air....

"Sir we are coming into the fight now and Oh my God!!! What the hell is that?!"
The people within the military control room stared toward the transmittion the officer in control appeared frighten as he tried to speak to the pilot.
"Soldier? Solider if you can hear me I need you to tell me what is going on." Suddenly one of the technicions yelled out. "Sir! His ship and three of the others are disappearing into some kind of anomally. The readings are going haywires! I-They're gone... I can't read them anymore.

"Oh my God! I-Can anyone read me?! I-Fellas are you there?! Oh my God." Suddenly Captain Hemmingway's fighter plane slid out of the anomally along with three of his teammates. Everyone was okay, but badly shaken. They landed as quickly as possible, before something unfortunate could happen. Now all they had to do was find out what was going on, where they were, and how to get back home... They were so screwed.

Japanese Antartican waters-
"Oh shit, I'm so screwed," said Scorpion.
He had been inserted into Japanese Antartica during the Vladimir war, and had no way of escaping after it ended.
"What the hell!?"
A vortex opened up above him, and he was sucked inside. He awoke inside a lab.


"Where the hell am I?"
His radio crackled.
"Scorpion, are you there?"
"Yes sir, I'm OK, but I have no idea where I am."
"We believe we do, satelites were picking up strange readings in a Bleland research center right before you dissapeered. We believe you were somehow thrown there from your location."
"Good thing the war's over."
"You should still try to avoid detection."
"Of course, sir."
"Make your way out of the lab, and we'll extract you."
"Affirmative, Scorpion out."

Scorpion shouldered his D20k rifle(based on SC2000 from Splinter Cell), and quietly moved out of the lab.

The marines in the area where Katarn was took cover, one of them was hit and stunned. “You two, follow them.” Two marines followed Katarn and his men while the others stayed to question the scientists. One went to the radio and started to report that there had been a warp rift that caused all this to happen. The colonel responded to eliminate all threats and bring the scientists to the airfield.

OOC: Good job on your chapter titles guys, they seem like things you'd actually see in Half life.

Jolt looked around, he saw a dead security guard, he picked up the desert eagle. He’d have to find more ammo he went up to a radio, the marines there were dead, he activated it and the colonel told him that they had secured the airbase. He dropped down a maintenance shaft and headed down the sewer system.

Rumors that children in wheelchairs were being kidnapped by drug smugglers. The Black Manta went to investigate.

The manta grabbed the man in red by the throat.

"I don't know nothing!"

The manta found the kid and returned the boy, Taro to his master.

But, all of a sudden, a giant swirling vortex swallowed up the manta. He was teleported to a laboratory.

Chapter One-
Silent But Deadly

Scorpion heard voices inside one of the labs...
"Where's Freeman?"
"I swear I don't know-ughhh"
"Tell me where Freeman is or I'll kill you!"

There where two Marines standing over a scientist, one of them was beating information out of him. Scorpion decided it was time to figure out what was going on. He came up behind one of the Marines silently, and put a knife to his throat and dragged him around a corner. The other Marine was to busy beating the scientist to know his friend was gone. Scorpion brought the knife across hsi throat, and put his hand on the Mairne's mouth so he wouldn't make any noise. Scorpion came up behind the second Marine, put his SOCOM .45 to the back of his head.
"Oh God, no, don't kill-"
Scorpion sqeazed the trigger and blew half his head off.

"Don't hurt me!"
"I'm not with the Marines, don't worry."
"Who are you?"
"Just call me your guardian angel."
"OK, what do you want?"
"What where you doing here?"
"We where experimenting with interdimensional technology, I don't know how it happend, the tests showed only a one in a million chance it would happpen..."
"What happend?"
"An accident, we ripped open a dimensional portal, it got out of control, and- creatures started coming through."
"Creatures?"
"Inter-dimensional beings."
"Uh-oh."
"Uh-oh indeed."
"General, you getting all this?"
"Loud and clear, Scorp, you have a new objective now, find any technology related to this, and bring it back."
"Roger, sir."
"Your not with Bleland, are you?"

Scorpion knocked the scientist out with the but of his rifle.

He left the lab, and secured several documents. He headed down the hallway, and moved up a stairwell. He heard voices up the stairs, there where Marines up there. He fired a stickey camera around the corner, and began to moniter them...

I was planning it to be the equivalent to that big alien dude Freeman had to fight, but instead it’s a big mechanical machine that a good alien needs to fight.

Jolt headed down the bridge of the sewer system. Two aliens teleported in and shot electricity at him. One bolt hit him and the other missed. He recovered from the initial shock and fired his desert eagle at both of them. He found a ladder and climbed up. He was in a lab; it had a medical station as well as a charging station. He used them to power up his suit and heal himself. There was a scientist there. “Hey what’s going on here, what’s with these aliens?” The scientist said that they had used too much power for the last test which caused a warp rift. “Well you’d better come with me.” Said Jolt, the scientist followed him and a security guard joined them. They exited the lab and found themselves in an area where marines were wiped out. There were three aliens there which Jolt and the security guard fought, then afterwards they found an alien that was dead and Jolt took the knife that was used to kill it.

Room that’s being monitored:
Engineer: “They’re gonna send in black ops soon.”
Marine: “I don’t know man, they’d have to do something.”
Engineer: “But what though, we’re already here.”

After monitering the Marines for ten minutes, Scorpion decided to look for another way around them. He found a ventalation shaft near the stairs, and crawled in. He swiched on his thermals, and saw something crawling toward him. In lept at him, and revealed a mouth full of teeth underneath. Scorpion fired 3 suppresed rounds at the creature, and brought it down, he moved up to take a look...
"What the hell is that?" He thought to himself. It was a large, insect like creature, with a white body and teeth underneath it.
He continued up the shaft, and found himself above the marines. He quietly moved pass them, and dropped out around the corner. He continued down the hallway, and suddenly, two aliens appeared in fornt of him. He immediatley opened fire, and brought one down, the other fired a bolt of electricity. He was hit, and pulled out his pistol and split the creature's skull open. He got back up to see that his radio had been fried...

Chapter Two-
Behind Enemy Lines

He moved down the hallway, and found an elevator. He fired a sticky camera to the top, and saw two Marines standing guard. He climbed up the shaft, and was right below the Marines. He hit a button on his OPSAT, and the sticky camera let out a whistle. The guards turned around, and saw the camera, which then released CS gas, and knocked both guards unconsious. Scorpion stole one of the uniforms, and walked out the door to find that he was in a desert...
Now he wished his radio was working. He checked tthe GPS, and saw he was in a desert in Bleland. He moved along a catwalk above a deep canyon, and found a box with an RPG. This particular RPG was laser guided, so he could guid the missile if he needed(yes, even I played half-life). He moved down some more, and heard the unmistakable sound of a helicopter. Scorp's first instinct was to take cover, but he had an enemy uniform, so he figured he was OK. Just then a guard walked up to him and demanded to know why he wasn't at his post. This was met with a rifle bullet to the face, and the helicopter saw the whole thing. The Apache opened up with cannons, and Scorp took cover behind some steel crates. He shouldered the RPG, activated the laser seeker, and fired at the helo. The missile hit on top of the rotors, and sent it spinning out of control into the canyon below.

He continued along the catwalk, and found a vent shaft leading into a water pool. He slid down the shaft, and stopped himself from falling in at the end of the shaft...

As Sheridan walks down the street to "deal" with his mission he sees a strange glowing light eminating from an allyway he goes to investigate it and he is suddenly sucked into a vortex that no man could resist... A half hour later he wakes up in what looks like a laboratory, he knows this place he was here once before fortunatly his radio is still operational, he knows that if this is what he thinks it is, his friend Scorpian is not far away...

Scientist: “We need to get back to the Lambda complex, they’re planning something there,”
Jolt: “The marine base is at the airfield, I need to head there as soon as possible.”
Security guard: “Well this is where we part then, see you later.”

The security guard and scientist head in another direction while Jolt heads over to a radio.

Airfield:
Soldier: “The helicopter blew up sir.”
Colonel: “Send a recon team to investigate.”

Desert area:
A security guard saw the explosion and went outside to see what happened. He saw
a soldier with a rocket launcher. “This isn’t good.” He ran back inside to tell the others what happened. The other security guards start heading towards the security booth to take weapons, the four of them then took cover to defend the area from soldiers that would attack.

Chapter 3-
Conspiracies


Scorpion can hear the voices of security gaurds above the shaft, luckily, he escaped before they could respond. He popped his optic cable around the bottom of the shaft to see what was under him. There here 3 Marines patroling a sewer area. Suddenly, he saw some movement. 3 men dressed in black fatigues and shi masks came up behind the patrol, and silently slit their throats.
"Who the hell are they?" Scorp thought to himself. Then he remembered one of the Marines saying something about a black op. He had to be extremely catious now that he was up against these new enemies. The black ops took the place of the Marines. Scorp quietly dropped out of the shaft into the water. The black ops may have noticed, but he didn't know. He switched on his thermals (all of his equiptment is water-proof) and saw one of he black ops heading his way to investegate.
He swam under a grate. The black op was three feet away from Scorp, but hadn't detected him. Scopion leaped out from behind the black op, dragged him under water, and slit his throat.
The other two guards began to shoot randomly into the water. Scorpion had already gotten out and was hiding in the shadows. He shouldered his rifle, and fired two rounds. Both of them where headshots. Scorp draged the headless bodies into the water, and stuffed them under a grate.

He headed through the door they where guarding, and entered into a new lab. There were bodies everywhere, both black op, marine, scientist, and security guard.
"What did this?" He thought to himself.
He quietly proceded down a hallway, at the end where three large aliens. Scorp decided to see if they were capable of feeling fear. He crawle into another vent shaft, which lead directly above the aliens. The shaft aove the aliens was long and wide going upward, so he figured his plan would work. The aliens were saying things in some strange language, one of them was standing directly under the shaft, and the others had their backs turned to him. Scorp has hooked himself to the top of the shaft. He removed the grate, took out his fiber wires, slowly lowered himself, and grabed the alien with the wires. He made a special clicking sound, which gives the cable holding him up commands, and he was pulled upward. The
alien chocked to death, and his comrades had just realized he was gone. Scorp stuffed the body in one side of the shaft, and crawled in another. He popped out at ground level with the aliens, who opend fire on him with some strange weapon that spat out bugs. He fired his rifle on full auto and killed them all. He continued down the hallway, now very annoyed with the aliens.

Jolt entered the airfield and talked to the Colonel, “We’re getting out of here” Jolt entered a hanger and was about to exit when the doors started to close, he ran to the exit but the door was closed and Max went up to the window, adjusted his tie, and then started to leave. Just then more aliens appeared, he used the shotgun he had picked up and fired at the aliens killing them. The wall was blown open and he went out that way. He saw a portal which was the only exit so he jumped in. He teleported to a warehouse, there were explosives everywhere, he picked up a submachine gun and more ammo and he could hear voices. He entered the room and there was a medic and an engineer. Just then an alien teleported and started shooting electricity at them, they opened fire and killed the alien, then a scorpion leapt at them, Jolt wrestled it to the ground. The scorpion was what the alien was shooting them with. He experimented for a while and figured out how to make it shoot electricity. They headed to the other warehouse but there were black ops there. “Are they here to help us?” The engineer walked up to them but they opened fire on him. The medic took cover. “I’ll handle this” said Jolt and he rushed at them firing the scorpion at them.

Meanwhile, Scorpion had picked up the bug-throwing claw weapon from one of the dead alien grunts. He desided this was technology related to the incedent, and put it in his vest container. He moved down the hallway, and saw a hole in the wall. He peared out, and saw a wharehouse. He hoped out and moved into the wharehouse, and saw a Marine firing at the black ops. Scorp decided to watch and see who wins. He climbed up ontop of one of the crates, and saw a black op preparing to fire on the unsuspecting Marine. Scorpion fired a silenced round into his head, then took cover. This was getting interesting...

... As Sheridan was looking about the laboratory he decided there was nothing of intrest in here so he decided to go and explore the hall outside the door. He went out and heard somthing moving at the end of the hall and yelled "Scorpian is that you?" that was quickly answered by a few quick lightning bolts that narrowly missed him, he ducked back into the lab and took out his Desert Eagle, and he waited for the alien to get close enough when it did he jumped out from the room and put a round through the alien's single eye. The alien slumped over and suddenly the alien's weapon jumped at Sheridan, but he was too quick for it and it recieved a shot also. He continued he journey down the hall, as he thought he heard gunshots a little ways off...

Chapter 3 Extraterrestrials, OH MY

Having painfully killed the scientists the squad blitzed in weapons raised. What they saw was a tank with a....thing inside.
"What is-is it boss"?
"Hell if I know, just blow-blow the d*** thing up"
"Yes-yes sir"
The Clanrats stumbled to the otherside of the room while the Panzerfaust was leveled at the tank, at that moment it opened its eyes. The baleful gaze petrefied the rat-man and he found he couldn't shoot. The thing bagan beating at the glass...
"You dumb-dumb s***, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?"?!
Seeing the soldiers look of fear the Clawleader raised the weapon leveled and...it was gone.
"Oh-oh s***, where the f*** is it-it boss"?
"I don't know, Warpfire thrower, hose-hose that area down over their(pointing at stacks of boxes) while you-you 3 watch that same place-place, you 2 watch the vent-vent and the rest look around, fire on-on my command...1,2...3"
The warpfire thrower went off incinerating and melting the boxes, the clanrats opened up on what was lef when a scream started and was cut off abruptly.
"OH MY GOD..GET IT-IT AWAY"
One of the Clanrats was crawling away from the vent a blood stain leading into it.
"S***"
"Warpfire Thrower, incinerate-incinerate whatevers in their"

The team leveled the barrel and then heard a chittering sound and hurredly opened up, the creature in their caught on fire, rapidly melting and then died.

The Skaven heard a muffled sound outside the door and down the hall, all they heard was "Scorpion...you" followed by electric sounds and gunfire.
Snagrat ordered through his platoon silentley so they weren't heard

The Panzerfaust ducked in the doorway covering the left/middle of the hall(gunfire came from right side), Warpfire thrower was positioned to the left closer up covering all but the far left, while the Clanrats and Clawleader took up position behind crates/desks/etc.

...He walked down the hallway turned to his left and went out the door, as soon as he stepped out he dove behind a few metal crates, because he had seen many Black-Ops all over the yard, assuming he had not been seen he peeked out from behind the crates and saw that many of the Black-Ops were heading to a building that had black smoke flowing out the window, he decided to wait and see what happened...

After picking off the black op, Scorpion found a hole in the cieling and climbed out. There was a group of black ops, about 5 or 6, heading into the wharehouse. Scorpion dropped off the roof after the black ops moved in, and quietly looked for a way back in to the labs. He saw a figure behind some crates, and desided to approach from behind...
"Sheridan? What the hell are you doing here?" he said to Sheridan.

Jolt shot the rest of the black ops, then he opened a door to where the engineer had gone. “I need a medic.” Jolt went back with the medic and the medic healed the engineer.

“Bread monkey and banana man.”

A portal appeared and a bread monkey and a banana man appeared. The monkey had a controller and the banana man started rampaging around, just then Black ops appeared and started opening fire on the banana man. The banana man ran up to the black ops and stomped on one, he was dead, the others started to run and shoot.

Chapter 4

"Good, we are to move-move outside, once were outside we can find some way out-out of here"

"Ok, Warpfire thrower you-you got lead, Panze...."

Then the air in the middle of the 4-way of halls began to shimmer and a hobbled looking creature came out.

"E.T phone home"

"OH S***, ITS ONE-one OF THOSE THINGS, SHOOT IT-it SHOOT IT"!

The last words were cut off by a hail of gunfire effectivley reducing the evil being to steaming meat.

*Phew*"That was close-close men, it almost killed us with that d*** glowing probe-probe of a finger"

"Teskitt wouldv'e liked-liked being probed" one of Clanrats said insulting a fellow.

"OH YEAH, I got-got darker fur than you do" was Teskitt's return.

"At least I smell-smell worse" was the reply to that.

Outside the numbers of the Slivers were up to 500 now, various species in the hive, but yet, no Overlord or queen, to fill this role was the original Brood Sliver which was now large enough to challenge a queen in combat. The Hive Mind was amplified greatley because of this mutant. Even now an assault was being prepared.

OOC:Killing that Brood Sliver won't make a real difference, the Hive Mind could still reach all the Slivers, but with a weak signal, so no advance tactics, only charge, feed, stop, grow, etc.

"Sir, we are being followed" shouted one of Katarn's troops. Katarn looke dahead, and saw a crossroad in the corridor. "You two" said Katarn "Hide in that corridor. You, come with me. Set your weapons to kill, but don't fire until I order you to." "YES SIR" replied his forces.
Katarn waited for the marines to catch up. He then presented his laser blaster and yelled at the marines, "Drop your weapons, and surrender, or you will be killed."

OOC: Katarn and his moles are Neutral, but Katarn will try and do what he thinks is 'right'

“Don’t shoot” said one of the marines, the other marine started to shoot at Katarn.

The troops didn't wait for the order. They fired at the marine firing at them, aiming for his arms and legs, trying not to kill him. Katarn then fired at the other marine, but not at him, only his gun. he was a crack shot, but would he hit him or the gun. A few shots from the marine hit him, but the weaponry was to weak to get through his armour. Even though, Katarn still flinched a little.

... "Oh hi Scorpian. Nevermind what am I doing here. What the hell are YOU doing here?" Just then a black-ops popped out from behind a wall and was aiming at Scorpian, Sheridan gave it no thought and pushed Scorpian out of the way and the Black-Ops ended up with a bullet between the eyes..

Chapter 4-
Numericle Inferiority

Scorpion headed back into the lab, with Sheridan close behind. 'When's this kid gonna leave me alone', he thought to himself. They came to the entrance of another lab, there was puddles of blood all over the floor, and a scientist was mutilated on the ground. There was some sort of machine on the table. Scorp pickied it up, and hit a button, and a ball of energy shot out at a peice of furniture, and it was vaporized.
"Whoa, cool." Scorp said aloud. He put the weapon inside his container. "OK Sheridan, did you find anything usefull here?"
They headed to the desert area to await extraction. Several Marines opened up on them, but Scorp was quick and took cover. He fired several rounds at the Marines, and brought most of them down, but one of them called for reinforcements. "I think its time to leave," Scorp yelled to Sheridan, who was busy shooting stuff. They found a vent shaft that led downward, and slid down. The Marines had no idea where they went. It led to a large assembly area, there where several tanks, and at least 50 Black Ops standing in a massive formation. There was a large projector screen, and on it, a man in a suit was giving a speech to the men about what was happening. Scorpion dropped down silently, and found a hatch leading to a vent shaft. He crawled under, and ended off to the side of the room, and headed through a door. He was in another room that was similar to the other one, with just as many black ops. He found another hatch, but this lead to a third room, this room had only about 20 Black ops, but the man giving the speech was standing at a podium at the center of he room, behind him was a massive mechanicle... thing... that apeared to be offline. "Sheridan, my friend, I believe we just found something useful." Scorpion wanted to steal Metal Gear. Suddenly, it came online, and fired several 20mm cannons at the surprised black ops, the man at the podium simply climbed up a ladder into the now open cockpit.
"You all know to much." a voice said from the Metal Gear. A sheild formed around it, Scorpion had fought an enemy like this before, but thought it was the last. He counted three generators...

As the metal gear opened fire on the Black ops, they started to return fire and hide behind boxes. One managed to get back to the previous room and the other black ops had seen this on the television screens and an engineer when onto the pa system for that building. “Attention all military personnel, Metal Gear is online, someone is messing with it. The only way to stop it is by the shield generators.”

Katarn orders his men to hold their fire. He points his blaster at the other marine, still standing. "Take us to the communications room!" he orders!

Scorpion dives behind cover, and fires his rifle at a generator.
"DAMN!" The bullets merely bounced off the heavily armored generator. Thinking quickly, he takes out the energy weapon that he found in the lab and fired at the generator...

...As the bulletts were bouncing off the metal crates Sheridan said, "Well, i got here the same way you did I was walking down the street to assasi-, oh erm.. complete my mission and this vortex open in some ally and It sucked me in, wierd eh?" after his explaination he peeked around the box and saw the Black-Ops being shreded by the machine, he figured his gun would have no effect, but those barrels of highly combustible fluids sitting next to one of the generators would make a nice mess, he took aim, and fired...

IC:The sounds of battle broke over head of the slivers tunnel, hearing it they relayed a message back to the hive, a scouting force of 20 Mistform slivers were sent their presence caused the nearby slivers to "become" different creatures as the genetic information was relayed. Several hunters slivers relayed that they were picking up a weird "energy" and severl smaller outputs of this. At an unspoken command, the mistform slivers began to dig their way up in an isolated corner, taking the shape of a human civillian, their would be no way to tell them apart, unless some had a "handy-dandy, multi-billion, DNA scanner" available. The slivers heard a very load gunfire, people yelling, screaming, running. this was taken in and the slivers moved out, siteing a door nearby. but they never made it, all 20 were cut to ribbons from the metal gears guns. Revieving the loss of the mistform, they assembled 40 crystalline slivers(to make a meat shield) and 30 toxin slivers(to destroy it), they rushed, swarming over the large crate, it began to disintagrate due to the toxin sliver's ability that was also passed on to the crstalline. The .50 cals(right?) ripped into the slivers making bodies materialize in the air, all crystalline slivers were dead before the 28 remaining toxin slivers attacked. To thier surprise and horror(if they could expierence these emotions), their attacks did nothing, even as they stabbed when crushed and shot.
Back at the melted crate
The officer of this fight, a synaps sliver, was watching all this, seeing a small group of men shooting at large "crates", these crates were giving off the same "energy" as metl gear, a plan began to formulate with this idea.....
