To the People of the World:
To further our assimilation of ideas and customs, the guiding council of the C.A.C. hereby offers embassy space to any and all who wish to take it. The following are our only conditions:
Embassies may not hold more than 100 permenant personnel.
Embassies may be staffed by armed guards, but these must remain on embassy soul.
The number of these guards may be no more than 30 and do not count toward the restrictions of the first condition.
Embassies must apply before entry into the country.
No acts of violence may be committed by anyone from the embassy, except in self-defense.

The Andolaian People's Moot has voted to accept your invitation, and will be ready to send a diplomatic representative along with staff at your earliest convenience.
Due to your customs regarding firearms, we will be suspending our requirement that all Andolaian citizens keep a firearm in their residence for all but security personnel.

Anarcho-Communes, we agree to your conditions and would like an embassy in your fine nation. If you would like one in yours, you are more than welcome to have one.
To Andolai and Roach-busters, we welcome you to begin construction of your embassies when convieniant. Furthermore, ambassadors, as well as their aids and a small escort are on their way. In respect of Andolian weapon restrictions, the escort shall surrender their weaponry at the border. Our embassy offer remains open to all other nations.
