This is the President of Trekys, President Leonard McCoy. I am asking all nations that can make military goods, to help out Trekys with their military. We have 39,300,000 personal set aside for a military and are willing to pay upto 1.6 trillion dollars. We are requesting for naval ships, airplanes and supplies for our Marines, we may put about 5-6 million in marines (not sure). Please, remember, we are willing to pay upto 2.5 Trillion dollars. 4. We will not supply personel for any equipment

If for any reason any of those requirements are broken, most likely war will result, if you don't like, don't agree to the deal
