President Sarkesian of Sarkesia wishes to announce that the great nations of Sarkesia and SharkColony have signed an Ironclan Alliance, for hopes of better economic, military and political positions in the world spectrum. This alliance is in no way to seem like a threat to world peace, and is open for any peace loving nations that obey law and order in the world.
