We are seeking technical and engineering expertise to aid with construction of deep sea machinery, specifically mining operations, experimental labs, and hydroponics/aquaculture, but deep pressure submarine hulls are also required. We will pay for any knowledge given, through funds, resources, or military equipment if desired. We are eagerly awaiting any offers.
