Yesterday, police in the Republic of Roach-Busters captured a suspicious looking fellow carrying a heavy pack. Upon examining his pack, they found over fifty sticks of dynamite. The man was promptly arrested and sent in for questioning.

The man slumped to the ground, blood oozing from a gunshot wound in his chest. The shot had been fired from just outside the window. The police examined the area outside, and found only a note:

President J.L. (who was recently discharged from the hospital) issued the following statement: "To all our allies...and to all nations with whom we have diplomatic relations. We seek your advice as to what should be done about this impending crisis. What should w-"

He was interrupted by a huge explosion just outside. Four people were killed instantly.

All of the nations with embassies are advised to ensure that their personnel in the Republic of Roach-Busters are safe. President J.L. wishes to host a meeting with the leaders of these countries to discuss what should be done.

UPDATE: Two men were just arrested attempting to bomb the Jordaxian and Irondinese(?) embassies. We recommend these nations take extreme precautions. No people in either of the embassies were hurt, and no damage was done.

RB's leading terrorist expert, Dr. Mattern has the latest news on the 'Red Dragons':

In spite of their name, they are not communists. They hate communism, capitalism, socialism, fascism, democracies, republics, and every other type of government and economic systems equally. They are the direct descendents of an ultra-secretive cult from over 200 years ago. They draw their inspiration from the Illuminati and the Thuggee cult. They say they wish to incite a 'holy war' against all governments, religions, and ethnic groups in the world. Their nation of origin is still not known, although a defector has said, "We have agents in every nation, and virtually every nation with links to international terrorism provides ample funding."
However, he refused to give any names of people or nations. We would like all nations to report any suspicious figures in their nations to us, so we can determine whether they are connected to the Red Dragons. Another Red Dragon has been captured. When asked if his cult was affiliated with Socialist Cockroaches or Evil Geeks, two nations with which Roach-Busters has had tumultuous relations lately, the man just smiled and said, "Possibly. I suggest you set up aerial posts, checking all incoming and outgoing flights in your country. If any suspicious activity occurs, do NOT take it for granted. Act at once.

A single Mi-17UE Military Helicopter flew low over the city, its staccato rotor noise drifting for miles. It's hude hulk dwarfed cars below, and people gazed up in amasment. As it neared the Kazakhstanian Embassy, it slowed, and started to hover over the roof.

It came in to land, and gently bounced on the roof. The large clamshell rear doors opened, and 48 Airborne Troops spilled onto the roof. One walked over to the Embassy Security advisor, and saluted.

"Their all yours. See you in the homeland."

"Thank you, have a good trip, sir." the Younger Man said, before returning the salute. He then walked over to the troops. Then, a suited man, a woman and a frightened looking child walked onto the roof carrying a teddy bear, followed by various other suited figure.

They all boarded the helicopter and the clamshell doors closed. The helicopter floated into the air, before turning and heading back the way it came.

On the street, a car came to a stop, and a man holding a large tube stepped out. He had a gas mask on, and the tube he was holding was an RPG. He took an open stance, and aimed the weapon upwards. He fired, and a streak of light and smoke followed.

The rocket it and punctured the engine of the helicopter, before almost the whole left side was blown off by exploding fuel. The helicopter almost flipped over sideways, the pilot trying to bring it level. But it was of no use. The flaming wreckage landed and exploded, setting off every car alarm in 1 mile.

A troop on the roof took aim on the masked figure and fired, blowing his head wide open. Later, police took notice of the figure, and saw almost no head remaining. The RPG had a note on it:

"You took on today, but we will take millions tommorow."

All that was found in the wreckage was a single uncharred teddy bear.

Another country has recently exiled several people who were causing trouble; this could be a lead to the descent of the Red Dragons. Another possibility is that these terrorists are multinational.

Just then, the Secretary of Defence was shot and killed by a sniper 2 Miles away with a .50 caliber bullet. It had been going for the president, but hit the SecDef instead.

Senior Vice President for Internal Affairs Nicole Lewis issued a statement condemning the terrorist attacks in Roach-Busters and announced that a security detail would "fully cooperate" with Roach-Busters' forces in securing the Roach-Busters embassy in Woodstock.

In addition, military police were on their way to the Roach-Busters capital to secure the Sarzonian embassy.

The team arrives at the airport, dressed in civilian clothes, they go over to a van and the van transports them and their gear to the presidential palace, they exit while the van waits outside. The team then passes security to meet with the leaders of the counter terrorist force to obtain their uniforms. They are currently unarmed and their weapons are in the van which can be inspected by your police for security.

The C17 touched down in the capital of Roach-Busters, a white van pulled up, and brought the Reapers and their equiptment to the Doomingsland embassy to await orders from the local authories. The men arrived in camo fatigues, and reported to the ambasador to Roach-Busters.
"As you know, a terrorist organization has been attacking embassies in this country. Not only have you been deployed hear to protect this emmbassy, but you will assist the local authorities in cracking down on the terrorists. You will be recieving your orders from their police chief. If they request training in anything, be sure to provide it. Dissmissed."

The Reapers where staying inside a Barraks building within the embassy complex. They put all of their equiptment along a wall above their bunks for quick acces, and went out to get something to eat, but they brought their sidearms, just incase.
