(OOC: I'd first like to say that we have read all of the necessary threads regarding a terrorist nation, and hopefully I can do this right. None of this magic sneaking nuclear weapons about easily, and certainly no "he got into the car and it drove into the building and there was c4 in the back and it exploded and post casualties i am 1337." Needless to say, I do belong to another nation, who has been around for longer than a few hours. Though I'm still young in that'un too.)

Essentially, what we are looking for here, is a nation that will act as a base. Preferably numerous. We'll also be recruiting, as soon as I can figure out a plausible way to do that. We are not a religious terrorist group, but the nearly equally cliched Anarchist group. We are divided into small cells that will attempt to recruit (once a plausible way has been found) and attempt to carry out terrorist attacks on nations that agree.
If you are, post here, and I'll see what I can do. If you have a suggestion that would be good for recruitment, please post. I am a newbie at this, I make no pretence otherwise, but I will not be a n00b. Finally, if you want to join in, please TG me and make a HK-(insert number here) nation.

The Penpusher intelligence service has gathered this information about the HK organization.

Hephaestos Khaos is a terrorist organization scattered throughout the Pacific and several places in the third world. They are well-armed with left-over Soviet weapons, such as AK-47's, RPK's, RPG-7's, and even a few T-72 tanks. The organization is made up of mostly Pacific Islanders, and they are not bent towards any religious cause. Their name's origin is unknown, and the organization has about 5 million members, only 250,000 of them militants. The rest are mostly moral supporters."

Should this organization attack Penpusher Confederacy or its allies, we will order a swift strike on this organization and occupy its land indefinitely.

ooc: It'd really depend wouldn't it? You' have to RP out with this guy or the guys he sent the message to how you have information like this. I find spies very hard to RP out because everyone assumes their ppl have perfect loyalty and can't be tempted by ideology or money. :roll: because all human beings want to have a crappy existances to make sure they live moral lives even when the masses disagree on the morality

See, now if we have terrorrist groups running rampant across the globe, why is it that there are so many disarmament and anti gun laws in the UN? The concept of it is ridiculous. These terrorists have nukes and planes, and all sorts of resources, but we're sitting helpless because we don't want to put a hole in the ozone layer!

Few terrorists have access to nuclear weapons. Penpusher NBCs are well guarded and well-concealed, they are very hard for any terrorist organization to get to them. Also, terrorists don't have sophisticated nuclear weapons programs.

Well, don't worry, we certainly don't have a nuclear program of any sort. We're unlikely to kill millions in the early stage, realistically, eh? Also, penpusher, and Attican, I appreciate that bumpwork you're doing, but please, disagree, just keep it civil. I'd hate to see the thread get locked or something because it gets out of control.
It would be a very boring game if terrorist groups got crushed on day 1, surely? I don't mind retalliations, and all that, in fact I would love to get some kind of "war on terror ns" going, but lets put it this way. The war on terror started because of 9/11. I haven't even gotten any contacts in other cities yet.
