The Republic of Hataria, hopeing to start a Alliance with it's former Enemy, The Island of Rose, has sended a Envoy to the Rosian Capital to talk Peace Terms with The Rosians and Get them to side with Hataria and it's Allies against The Fedral Union and it's Allies.
