How "The Police Action" started.
In 2024, a foreign fascist government collapsed virtually overnight, Hendrik Rhodes ordered 8 divisions of Fascian soldiers (nearly 150,000 soldiers) to move in and restore the government. He seriously misread the populace of the country he was sending his troops to; he expected the vast majority to support his efforts to restore the fascists to power. Only about 5% actually supported the fascists, about 19% were actively engaged in guerilla operations against the Fascist government forces and the Fascian forces. The 150,000 soldiers eventually became 3.75 million. The war was first referred to as “The Police Action” and "Somebody Else’s War" by a top Fascian journalist, and the name “The Police Action” stuck. He named it such because it was unclear who Fascia was fighting, there was no government they were fighting, and they never officially declared war because you cannot declare war on non-governmental powers.
“The Police Action” It was an unpopular foreign war of “intervention” in an almost 3rd world “loser country” that few understood and even fewer supported. It began in 2024 and would only end in 2044, after 20 years, 250,000 Fascian lives, and 14 trillion dollars were spent in the vain attempt to win it. The rich suffered a large amount because in FWS most of the sons of the wealthy almost always join the army out of reasons of honor, prestige, and such. Many of those who died in the war were the sons of the elite.
It was really the only defeat FWS suffered, but it wasn’t a defeat in the classic sense because not a single enemy soldier set foot on FWS soil, the FWS army was seldom defeated in the field, the war was lost politically. Only the will and character of Hendrik Rhodes were what held the nation together during the unpopular war. The war was unpopular because Fascians saw no benefit of fighting and they didn’t like the idea of sending their sons to fight and die in what they viewed as “Somebody Else’s War.”
Virtually no enlistees were willing to sign up to serve in foreign theatres, only domestic operations.
A draft was instituted, and units that had volunteers but had contracts for “domestic service only” were ordered mobilized for service in the foreign war. Massive riots, protests, and etc resulted, the worst being the Alexander City (Northern Province) Draft Riot of March 2027, about 1,200 people (124 police, 1,076 protestors/rioters) were killed. The worst army problem occurred when the 1st Mountain Division (A unit where 95% of the soldiers had in their contracts “DOMESTIC SERVICE ONLY”) was ordered to mobilize and ready for deployment in the war. It was April 2029. Of the 18,000 men in the division, the 5% who contracted for any deployment showed up, 15% of the 95% who said “domestic only” Showed up… The rest sat in their barracks and refused to budge. The 1st Grenadier Guards Division was sent to “disperse them” and “teach them a lesson”… Over 1,400 soldiers from both sides died.
Ultimately at the height of the war there would be 3.75 million Fascian soldiers on the ground fighting. After 20 years of conflict FWS had nothing to show for all their efforts, except for 250,000 dead, and so they pulled out, the country they pulled out from was left largely in ruins, but nobody really cared because it wasn’t FWS left in ruins, and nobody really knew why they were there in the first place.
Emperor Hendrik Rhodes- (Who was 43 when the Alpha 2 Surrendered). Survived 12 more assassinations attempts (making for a total of 60 attempted assassinations), 2 fights with cancer (Lung and oral, he smoked and chewed), and numerous other ailments. Early in the morning of November 11th, 2078 at the age of 117, with his family by his side, he asked, “Is it the 11th?” a grandson replied, “Yes, it is the 11th, happy Independence Day.” Rhodes said, “It is good that it is the 11th…I regret only that I will no longer physically be with Fascia, but I hope I shall continue to be in the hearts and minds of the Fascian People. God Bless Fascia.” He closed his eyes and peacefully passed away. The nation entered into 10 years of mourning and for 10 years the flags were flown at half-mast. He had 13 children by his 2nd wife Sarah Rhodes. 8 sons and 5 daughters. His wife and his children by her all survived him. Most of the sons he had by his first wife (who died of cancer) also survived him. He had been leader from 1990-2078. He was first elected president at age 29 in 1990 and he was declared emperor and coronated a short while later. Fascia would never again have a leader who compared to Hendrik Rhodes I, nor would it have another leader who ruled as long as he did.
Propaganda Minister Joseph Cannon II had the task of announcing to the nation that the emperor had died... His words are still remembered to this day, "Fascians... It is with the heaviest heart that I tell you that Emperor Rhodes passed away an hour ago at his Estate in Central Province. May he who did so much work for God finally rest in peace. We will surely you, but we will not forget the sacrifices you made for Fascia and the Fascian people. Your deeds shall always be remembered and you shall remain in the hearts and minds of the people of Fascia, for all time."
When Hendrik Rhodes died, Fascia had a population of about 1.5 billion, of which 170 million were Teutonic Knights. Every single Teutonic Knight turned out for his funeral, along with 200 million others, which was held in District 1 of Rhodes City and then another ceremony at “Constantinople” His 80,000 acre estate in Central Province. He was interred in Rhodes Cathedral in Rhodes City and was canonized shortly after his death. Rhodes City was renamed St. Rhodes City. At the time of his death, Hendrik Rhodes had a personal worth of over 5 trillion dollars. As stated in his will, over 3 trillion dollars were used to better the quality of living of the Fascian people. 2 trillion went to his heirs.
The day Hendrik Rhodes died, the Pope of the Fascian Church Of True Israel (The Christian Identity State Sponsored Church) declared that, “Yahweh has called Hendrik to paradise after a lifetime of loyal service in the struggle against world Jewry.” Thousands of Foreign leaders attended the funeral; most were too young to remember the FWS leader’s early days. He was still up and moving until almost his last day, he continued to pilot MiG-29s and MiG-31s up until about 98 when his vision prohibited it; he continued scuba diving until about age 108. On his last day alive, he was too weak to get out from bed; he smoked his pipe one last time before he died.
In District 1 of Rhodes City (Capitol Hill), a massive 1,000-foot tall statue was built in tribute to Hendrik Rhodes. The caption at the foot of the statue reads,
Hendrik Rhodes I. November 3rd 1961- November 11th 2078. Prophet from God, President of Fascist White States, Emperor of Fascia, Emperor and Imperial Wizard of the Teutonic Knights, Colonel in the FWS Army, Paracommando and Combat Diver, husband, father, businessman, farmer, friend of the downtrodden, and helper of the helpless, he fought his entire life for the idea of white homeland, and he secured it for the people and future generations. We are forever in his debt. He shall always remain first in the hearts and minds of the people.
His estate “Constantinople” became a national historical site, and tours are given Mondays-Fridays 8-6, and Saturdays 9-3. His great grandson Emperor Hendrik Rhodes II has his own estate called “New Constantinople” it is also in Central Province.
It was rumored, but never confirmed that during the 5 years after his 1st wife died, but before he meet his 2nd wife, that Hendrik Rhodes I fathered several children with numerous women (All white of course). All that is known is that he was in Magdha for several months visiting whites descended from the original British colonists of the land, and for years after his visit there were reports of several children there that bore a striking resemblance to him. His heirs still deny that he had any illegitimate children.
Gustavus Rhodes- (Who was 20 and a Major when Alpha 2 Surrendered). he went on to rise to the rank of Major General. He was survived by his wife, 6 sons and 8 daughters. He died at age 45 on June 19th 2029 at the Battle of Hill 106… He had 9 sons, but 3 died in the later years of “The Police Action”. As he lay bleeding to death on the field, his last words were, “Tell my family, that I died for Fascia… Tell my wife and kids… Tell them.”
Forrest Rhodes- (Who was 21 and a Major when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He went on to manage the economy of FWS, and he was the main reason that the nation didn’t collapse economically during the 20-year war “The Police Action”. He died from complications resulting from a stroke at age 105 on October 31st, 2088. He was survived by his wife, 4 sons, and 5 daughters. He had 8 sons, but 4 died in “The Police Action.” His last words were, “I’ve missed you dad, but I’ll see you soon.”
Johann Tserclaas Rhodes (Who was 19 and a Major when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He was a Field Marshal in command of 2nd Tank Army in “The Police Action”. He was an expert at armored warfare and would likely have continued to as such. However, On May 7th 2042, he was killed when numerous enemy artillery shells hit his command post. He was 57 years old. He was survived by his wife, 6 sons, and 4 daughters. He had 8 sons but 2 had already died in “The Police Action” and 1 would die just before the war ended. His wife and 4 daughters spoke out against war. His 5 surviving sons, 1 became a doctor and won the Nobel Prize for his work in treating the criminally insane. 1 became a CEO of Rhodes Motor Corporation INC. 1 became the CEO of Rhodes Tobacco Holdings INC. The other 2 were in the Army and survived to old age. As Johann lay dying, his last words were, “Tell my wife and kids that I love them.” Those same words would be spoken by many a Fascian soldier in “The Police Action.”
Ian Rhodes (Who was 18 and a Captain when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He lived to the age of 112 before he died from a combination of Oral Cancer, lung cancer, and natural causes on March 18th 2098. He was survived by his wife, 4 sons, and 3 daughters. He had 12 sons, but 8 would die during “The Police Action.” He appeared to have been delirious before he died and he called out a famous order he gave during a fight against rebels in which he had launched a bayonet charge. “GIVE THEM THE COLD STEEL”. But shortly before slipping into delirium he said, “Soon shall I join my 8 sons.”
George Rhodes (Who was 17 and a Captain when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He died in from natural causes combined with Alzheimer’s disease at age 115 on July 8th, 2102. He was survived by his wife, 4 sons, and 2 daughters. He had 12 sons, but 6 died in “The Police Action” and 2 died of from lung cancer. He also had 5 daughters but 1 died of stroke, 1 heart attack, and 1 car accident.
His last words were, “God Save the emperor” (He thought his father was still alive)
Philip Rhodes (Who was 16 and a Captain when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He suffered from a brain hemorrhage at age 112, and then he died at age 116 on July 23rd 2104 from a combination of weakness from his earlier hemorrhage, lung cancer, oral cancer, and old age. He was survived by his wife, 8 sons, and 5 daughters. He had 11 sons, but 3 died during “The Police Action”. His last words were, “Dad, I shall be with you soon.”
General Walter Kruger I- (Who was 62 when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He survived to see his son Colonel Walter Kruger II marry (married the secretary), have 6 sons and 3 daughters. He also survived to see his only son Walter II die at age 57 in “The Police action. General Walter Kruger died at age 93, on July 18th, 2035 of lung cancer and cirrhosis of the liver (He drank and smoked a LOT). His last words were, “I leave my emperor and my friend, but I join my son.” Hendrik Rhodes reportedly cried for days after Walter Kruger died. Walter Kruger was the political and military mentor of Hendrik Rhodes and he was the main reason Hendrik Rhodes became the president and emperor of FWS. Walter Kruger was also Hendrik Rhodes’s best friend.
Colonel Walter Kruger II- (Who was 32 when Alpha 2 Surrendered). Was killed in action on June 19th 2029 at the Battle of Hill 106 in a war that few understood and fewer supported. He was survived by a wife, 6 sons, and 3 daughters. Fascians hailed Colonel Walter Kruger II as a hero, but because he died in an unpopular war his great sacrifice was largely forgotten shortly after his death. His last words were, “I die that my sons might live. Tell my family my last thoughts were of them.” 2 of his sons would perish in the later years of the war.
General Dimitri Arkan- (who was 37 when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He retired from the army 7 months after he made it out of Rhodesville. He married Sophia Theresa, had many more children, sponsored Zeljko Djindjic for Teutonic Knights membership, and saw his son Evgeny Arkan make major and die in a “Police Action” that few Fascians understood and even fewer supported. He died peacefully on March 8th 2068 at the age of 101 in his sleep on his commercial farm in Central Province. True to his word, he died a Teutonic Knight. He had married Sophia Theresa shortly after leaving Rhodesville during the rebellion of June of 2004… They had 8 sons and 5 daughters. However 3 of the of the sons died in “The Police Action.” He gave away about 75% of his money (over 100 billion dollars) before he died… He set up funds for war widows, disabled veterans, and other charitable projects that he thought would benefit the race and nation that mattered so much to him. Arkan Enterprises, the company Dimitri set up and turned into a massive corporation that rivals Gregorov Inc on the top FWS list, still continues today under the leadership of CEO Dimitri Arkan III. It is currently worth over 600 billion dollars. Before he lay down to sleep, sensing that death was near, he spoke what would be his last words, “If God will have mercy on my soul, I shall see you soon Evgeny.”
Colonel Evgeny Arkan- (who was 19 and a 2nd lieutenant when Alpha 2 surrendered). His father Dimitri purchased him an estate worth about 8 million dollars as a wedding gift when Evgeny married woman he met when he was 17 (She was 21), he was in Gustavus City to buy Soman Gas for the Teutonic Knights; they had 11 sons and 6 daughters. He died at age 44, on June 18th 2029 at the Battle of Hill 106 in a war that few understood and fewer supported. He was survived by his wife and all his children. However 4 of his sons later died in “The Police Action”. His last words as he was bleeding to death were to a comrade, “Tell my wife, my children, my father, tell them that I accomplished something, that my death wasn’t just in vain, tell them about this battle and what we did here today… Promise me, you’ll tell them.”
The comrade kept his promise and personally told everybody Evgeny asked him to tell what was accomplished that day, Hill 106 had been taken (Although it was abandoned 2 weeks later as the generals decided it was not important in the big scheme of things), the enemy had been routed, 40,000 enemy died, but at the cost of about 2,780 Fascians.
The comrade knew (as did most soldiers fighting in the war) that ultimately it didn’t matter how many enemies they killed, or what hills they took… In the minds of the Fascian people, the war was pointless and thus was lost before it began.
Sophia Theresa (Later Sophia Arkan) (who was 17 when Alpha 2 Surrendered). She died at age 102 on January 19th, 2089, peacefully in her sleep on the Arkan farm in Central Province. She was survived by only 4 sons and 3 daughters. 3 of the original 8 sons died in “the Police Action” 1 son died of cancer, and 2 of the original 5 daughters died in two separate car accidents. Her last words before falling asleep were, “I’ll be with you soon Dimitri.”
Bedford Jackson- (Who was 19 and a 2nd lieutenant when Alpha 2 surrendered). He was a lifelong childhood friend of Evgeny Arkan, at age 16 they had lynched and gunned down dozens of blacks in the “Disputed Zone” in White Western Province and at 17 the two had helped the Teutonic Knights obtain Soman gas (they walked a gun store and bought it) and shell black neighborhoods thus driving them out of the zone and eventually the nation. The two were best of friends. Bedford Jackson was medically discharged from the Army at age 34 in 2019 after he made Major but was injured in accidental discharge from a rifle. He married and had 7 sons and 4 daughters. At age 35, to support his family, he took up a job in a coalmine, where he worked until age 62. He died of Black Lung Disease at age 72 on July 8th 2057. He was survived by his wife and children, except for 2 sons who died in “The Police Action”. His last words were, “Come here closer, I can’t hear you that well.” (His hearing had been damaged when there was an explosion in the mine).
Zeljko Djindjic- (who was 58 when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He was sponsored by Dimitri Arkan and inducted into the Teutonic Knights. He served with distinction and obtained the rank of Exalted Cyclops. He attended the wedding of Sophia and Dimitri as he promised. He disbanded the Communist Militants Party and joined the Fascist National Party. He spent 4 years as sheriff of Zeljko County (The county where Rhodesville was located). He spent 36 years as mayor of Rhodesville before he died of lung cancer and old age at 98 years old on May 3rd, 2044. He was survived by his wife and 2 daughters, and he had 3 more sons by his wife about 30 years before he died. His last words were, “Thank God peace endured… Thank God…” (He struggled to lift his left arm into the air, and then he called out) “HAIL RHODES.” Then he died.
FNP Propaganda Minister Joseph Cannon- (who was 46 when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He suffered a stroke at age 71 in 2029 and was confined to a wheelchair. For the next 18 years he still managed to make his daily radio and television broadcasts in which he railed on non-whites, particularly Jews. He was assassinated on December 15th, 2047 at age 89 by a man with a pistol, who is still rumored, but never proven or disproved, to have been a Mossad Agent. A nearby doctor rushed to help him, but his wound was mortal, his last words were. “I fought them, all my life I fought them. Fascia… Carry on the struggle.” It is commonly accepted that he meant the Jews when he said “them”.
Dr. Ivan Gregorov I (who was 43 when Alpha 2 surrendered). He died in an accident at a chemical weapons production lab on March 7th, 2056 at age 95 (He insisted on working as long as he could still walk, hear, and see.) He was being treated for exposure to nerve agent and the medic insisted he not speak. But he spoke anyway and said, “I have been honored to have been able to fight For God, Race, and Nation.” He died almost immediately afterwards.
Dr. Ivan Gregorov II (who was 21 when Alpha 2 surrendered). He died at age 101, on March 12th, 2084 from what doctors labeled “Sheer and utter exhaustion”. He had spent the last 50 years of his life attempting to make a virus even deadlier than the IG-Virus Strain 5 (99% initial infection rate, never dissipated from the air, must be neutralized with special chemicals. He made a cure for Strain 5). It was never revealed if he was successful in his attempts to make a deadlier virus. (He was… It was called IG-Virus Strain 6. 100% initial infection rate, never dissipates, requires special chemicals to neutralize it from the air and other surfaces, and he died before he could make the cure). He was survived by his wife, 5 sons, and 8 daughters. He had 7 sons, but 2 died in “The Police Action.” His last words were, “I created that which made the living die, and then made them rise and walk again… But now I die, and I pray that I may rest in peace.” (He was deathly afraid of being exposed to the IG Virus and becoming a zombie)
Colonel Leon Degrelle III (Colonel in Rhodes Youth Division was who was 18 when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He had a long fruitful military career but sadly he was killed in action at age 56, on May 7th 2042 at the Battle of Dead Man’s Valley in “The Police Action”.. He was survived by his wife, 5 sons, and 5 daughters. He had 8 sons, but 3 died in “The Police Action”. His last words were, “Fight on men… For the Emperor. HAIL RHODES”
General Otto Von Schlieffen (General of 1st Grenadier Guards Division who was 52 when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He commanded the 1st Grenadier Guards Division until he died on April 12th, 2034, at age 82 from Oral cancer (Chewed a lot). He was survived by his wife, 6 sons and 3 daughters. He had 9 sons, but 3 had already died in “The Police Action.” And 2 more would die fighting in the later years of the war. His last words were, “Full attack, all units forward.” (He was delirious and was thinking back to an old battle).
Minister of Diplomacy Joachim Krebs (Who was 35 when Alpha 2 surrendered) He died from natural causes at the age of 110 on November 11th, 2079. His last words were, “I join you now my emperor and my 2 sons. HAIL RHODES”. He was survived by his wife, 6 sons, and 4 daughters. He had 8 sons, but 2 died in “The Police Action”. His family members who were by his side said that he asked, “Is today the 11th… The day of our independence and the anniversary of our great emperor’s death.” When they confirmed it was the 11th, he spoke his last words (see above) and then peacefully closed his eyes and passed away.
Hendrik County Sheriff Lawrence Hoban (Who was 41 when Alpha 2 surrendered). He went on to be sheriff for 40 more years before he died from Oral Cancer. He died at age 81 on August 2nd, 2044. He was remembered mostly for his involvement in the Teutonic Knights massacres that occurred against communists in his county in 2003-2004. A statue of him was erected at the county court and the sheriff’s station, the one at the county court read, “We stood for law and order”. The one at the sheriff’s station read, “We were the thin blue line between law and anarchy.” He was survived by his wife, 4 sons, and 2 daughters. He had 8 sons but 4 died in “The Police Action”. His last words were, “Would somebody get me a pouch of chaw.”
Hendrik County Chief Deputy Edgar Johnson (Who was 36 when Alpha 2 surrendered). He made it out of the swamp, but he was minus his left arm. He managed to get a prosthetic left arm and continued his work as chief deputy for Hendrik County. He was assassinated on August 3rd 2042 at the age of 74. The person who killed him was the son of Alexis Elliot, a communist member of parliament who he had abducted and delivered to the Teutonic Knights for them to kill. He was survived by his wife, 6 sons, and 5 daughters. He was most remembered for the scandal that arose when the International Red Cross and International News reported he was a Teutonic Knights high-ranking local member (they provided the pictures), and that he regularly raped female communist prisoners. His marriage seemed relatively unaffected by the scandal and a statue of him is located outside the Hendrik County Sheriff’s department. It reads, “We fought and died, that others might live in peace.” He had 11 sons, but 5 died in “The Police Action”. He was shot in a crowded area and somebody managed to write his last words down, “I shall soon see my 5 boys, I hope they’re doing well.”
The Sgt who took command of the Paracommando platoon in the swamp after the lieutenant died. (Sgt was 31 when Alpha 2 surrendered). He died at age 111 on February 12th, 2084 from a combination of lung cancer, tuberculosis, oral cancer, and liver failure. He was survived by his wife, 4 sons, and 9 daughters. He had 7 sons but 3 died in “The Police Action”. He slipped into a delirium before death, and his last word was “CROCODILES” His family stated they didn’t know what it meant. A PFC who was 19 when Alpha 2 surrendered and who had been in the platoon that entered the swamp would later explain what happened in the swamp.
The Sgt with the keen eye (and thermal goggles), the once who raised the alarm at Firebase Alpha 2 (Sgt was 29 when Alpha 2 surrendered). He died at age 92 on August 23rd, 2067, from complications from a heart attack that doctors say was brought on by over exertion, (He was a commercial farmer after he retired from the army). He was survived by his wife, 8 daughters, and 2 sons. He had 5 sons, but 3 died in “The Police Action”. His family reported he was delirious before death and his last words were, “We got movement all along the perimeter, lots of movement”
The 2nd lieutenant from the 1st Horse Cavalry Brigade (The only officer to survive “The Charge” He was 22 when Alpha 2 surrendered and he entered a brief period of captivity). He died of pneumonia at age 115 on June 11th 2097. The 93rd Anniversary of the fall of Firebase Alpha 2. He was one of the few remaining survivors of “The Charge” (only 19 survived the battle)… The 4 other remaining veterans of “The Charge” died within 3-4 years of the Lieutenant’s death. He was survived by his wife, 6 sons, and 2 daughters. He had 12 sons, but 6 of them died in “The Police Action”. His family reported that right before he died he was drifting in and out of consciousness, he cried out, “FOR GORDON!!! CHARGE!!!”
Colonel Henry Martel (Who was 36 when He surrendered Alpha 2 to the militants). He died from Parkinson’s disease at age 104 on December 13th 2072. He was survived by his wife, 4 sons, and 5 daughters. He had 9 sons, but 5 of them died in “The Police Action.” He appeared delirious before he died and his last words were something he said during the Siege of Firebase Alpha 2… His family said he was delirious and right before he died he cried out, “It’s madness… Suicide, don’t do it…”
A man who was just 22 and a corporal at the Battle of Hill 106 on June 17-21st 2029 kept his promise to his colonel and told those he asked him to tell about what the colonel died for. When in 2078 when one of his sons, who had long since grown up, asked him “Dad What do you remember most about the war?” He replied, when my colonel lay dying and said to me “Tell my wife, my children, my father, tell them that I accomplished something, that my death wasn’t just in vain, tell them about this battle and what we did here today… Promise me, you’ll tell them.” “I remember that I didn’t know what to tell them because we had accomplished nothing, only death… So I told them that he did his duty and died a soldier, I’ll never forget what he told me that day… I’ll never forget”.
The Corporal died from natural causes at age 108 on June 21st 2115, he was one of the few remaining men who had been in the Battle of Hill 106. He was survived by his wife, 6 sons, and 4 daughters. His last were recorded as, “Colonel… I kept my word, I told them…”
Emperor Hendrik Rhodes II (A great grandson of Hendrik Rhodes I… A grandson of Gustavus Rhodes. His name was originally Henry Gustavus Rhodes). Became Emperor of Fascia on November 17th, 2078 when he was coronated shortly after Emperor Hendrik Rhodes I died. He was 24 when he ascended the throne.
The 1,000 years that Hendrik Rhodes I promised Fascia would last would proof false… Fascia would last longer. Narrowly escaping certain doom in some situations, while smashing enemies in others.
The Fascian people still believe that Hendrik Rhodes I will somehow come back to them and will lead the nation into even greater glory.

How "The Police Action" started.
In 2024, a foreign fascist government collapsed virtually overnight, Hendrik Rhodes ordered 8 divisions of Fascian soldiers (nearly 150,000 soldiers) to move in and restore the government. He seriously misread the populace of the country he was sending his troops to; he expected the vast majority to support his efforts to restore the fascists to power. Only about 5% actually supported the fascists, about 19% were actively engaged in guerilla operations against the Fascist government forces and the Fascian forces. The 150,000 soldiers eventually became 3.75 million. The war was first referred to as “The Police Action” and "Somebody Else’s War" by a top Fascian journalist, and the name “The Police Action” stuck. He named it such because it was unclear who Fascia was fighting, there was no government they were fighting, and they never officially declared war because you cannot declare war on non-governmental powers.
“The Police Action” It was an unpopular foreign war of “intervention” in an almost 3rd world “loser country” that few understood and even fewer supported. It began in 2024 and would only end in 2044, after 20 years, 250,000 Fascian lives, and 14 trillion dollars were spent in the vain attempt to win it. The rich suffered a large amount because in FWS most of the sons of the wealthy almost always join the army out of reasons of honor, prestige, and such. Many of those who died in the war were the sons of the elite.
It was really the only defeat FWS suffered, but it wasn’t a defeat in the classic sense because not a single enemy soldier set foot on FWS soil, the FWS army was seldom defeated in the field, the war was lost politically. Only the will and character of Hendrik Rhodes were what held the nation together during the unpopular war. The war was unpopular because Fascians saw no benefit of fighting and they didn’t like the idea of sending their sons to fight and die in what they viewed as “Somebody Else’s War.”
Virtually no enlistees were willing to sign up to serve in foreign theatres, only domestic operations.
A draft was instituted, and units that had volunteers but had contracts for “domestic service only” were ordered mobilized for service in the foreign war. Massive riots, protests, and etc resulted, the worst being the Alexander City (Northern Province) Draft Riot of March 2027, about 1,200 people (124 police, 1,076 protestors/rioters) were killed. The worst army problem occurred when the 1st Mountain Division (A unit where 95% of the soldiers had in their contracts “DOMESTIC SERVICE ONLY”) was ordered to mobilize and ready for deployment in the war. It was April 2029. Of the 18,000 men in the division, the 5% who contracted for any deployment showed up, 15% of the 95% who said “domestic only” Showed up… The rest sat in their barracks and refused to budge. The 1st Grenadier Guards Division was sent to “disperse them” and “teach them a lesson”… Over 1,400 soldiers from both sides died.
Ultimately at the height of the war there would be 3.75 million Fascian soldiers on the ground fighting. After 20 years of conflict FWS had nothing to show for all their efforts, except for 250,000 dead, and so they pulled out, the country they pulled out from was left largely in ruins, but nobody really cared because it wasn’t FWS left in ruins, and nobody really knew why they were there in the first place.
Emperor Hendrik Rhodes- (Who was 43 when the Alpha 2 Surrendered). Survived 12 more assassinations attempts (making for a total of 60 attempted assassinations), 2 fights with cancer (Lung and oral, he smoked and chewed), and numerous other ailments. Early in the morning of November 11th, 2078 at the age of 117, with his family by his side, he asked, “Is it the 11th?” a grandson replied, “Yes, it is the 11th, happy Independence Day.” Rhodes said, “It is good that it is the 11th…I regret only that I will no longer physically be with Fascia, but I hope I shall continue to be in the hearts and minds of the Fascian People. God Bless Fascia.” He closed his eyes and peacefully passed away. The nation entered into 10 years of mourning and for 10 years the flags were flown at half-mast. He had 13 children by his 2nd wife Sarah Rhodes. 8 sons and 5 daughters. His wife and his children by her all survived him. Most of the sons he had by his first wife (who died of cancer) also survived him. He had been leader from 1990-2078. He was first elected president at age 29 in 1990 and he was declared emperor and coronated a short while later. Fascia would never again have a leader who compared to Hendrik Rhodes I, nor would it have another leader who ruled as long as he did.
Propaganda Minister Joseph Cannon II had the task of announcing to the nation that the emperor had died... His words are still remembered to this day, "Fascians... It is with the heaviest heart that I tell you that Emperor Rhodes passed away an hour ago at his Estate in Central Province. May he who did so much work for God finally rest in peace. We will surely you, but we will not forget the sacrifices you made for Fascia and the Fascian people. Your deeds shall always be remembered and you shall remain in the hearts and minds of the people of Fascia, for all time."
When Hendrik Rhodes died, Fascia had a population of about 1.5 billion, of which 170 million were Teutonic Knights. Every single Teutonic Knight turned out for his funeral, along with 200 million others, which was held in District 1 of Rhodes City and then another ceremony at “Constantinople” His 80,000 acre estate in Central Province. He was interred in Rhodes Cathedral in Rhodes City and was canonized shortly after his death. Rhodes City was renamed St. Rhodes City. At the time of his death, Hendrik Rhodes had a personal worth of over 5 trillion dollars. As stated in his will, over 3 trillion dollars were used to better the quality of living of the Fascian people. 2 trillion went to his heirs.
The day Hendrik Rhodes died, the Pope of the Fascian Church Of True Israel (The Christian Identity State Sponsored Church) declared that, “Yahweh has called Hendrik to paradise after a lifetime of loyal service in the struggle against world Jewry.” Thousands of Foreign leaders attended the funeral; most were too young to remember the FWS leader’s early days. He was still up and moving until almost his last day, he continued to pilot MiG-29s and MiG-31s up until about 98 when his vision prohibited it; he continued scuba diving until about age 108. On his last day alive, he was too weak to get out from bed; he smoked his pipe one last time before he died.
In District 1 of Rhodes City (Capitol Hill), a massive 1,000-foot tall statue was built in tribute to Hendrik Rhodes. The caption at the foot of the statue reads,
Hendrik Rhodes I. November 3rd 1961- November 11th 2078. Prophet from God, President of Fascist White States, Emperor of Fascia, Emperor and Imperial Wizard of the Teutonic Knights, Colonel in the FWS Army, Paracommando and Combat Diver, husband, father, businessman, farmer, friend of the downtrodden, and helper of the helpless, he fought his entire life for the idea of white homeland, and he secured it for the people and future generations. We are forever in his debt. He shall always remain first in the hearts and minds of the people.
His estate “Constantinople” became a national historical site, and tours are given Mondays-Fridays 8-6, and Saturdays 9-3. His great grandson Emperor Hendrik Rhodes II has his own estate called “New Constantinople” it is also in Central Province.
It was rumored, but never confirmed that during the 5 years after his 1st wife died, but before he meet his 2nd wife, that Hendrik Rhodes I fathered several children with numerous women (All white of course). All that is known is that he was in Magdha for several months visiting whites descended from the original British colonists of the land, and for years after his visit there were reports of several children there that bore a striking resemblance to him. His heirs still deny that he had any illegitimate children.
Gustavus Rhodes- (Who was 20 and a Major when Alpha 2 Surrendered). he went on to rise to the rank of Major General. He was survived by his wife, 6 sons and 8 daughters. He died at age 45 on June 19th 2029 at the Battle of Hill 106… He had 9 sons, but 3 died in the later years of “The Police Action”. As he lay bleeding to death on the field, his last words were, “Tell my family, that I died for Fascia… Tell my wife and kids… Tell them.”
Forrest Rhodes- (Who was 21 and a Major when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He went on to manage the economy of FWS, and he was the main reason that the nation didn’t collapse economically during the 20-year war “The Police Action”. He died from complications resulting from a stroke at age 105 on October 31st, 2088. He was survived by his wife, 4 sons, and 5 daughters. He had 8 sons, but 4 died in “The Police Action.” His last words were, “I’ve missed you dad, but I’ll see you soon.”
Johann Tserclaas Rhodes (Who was 19 and a Major when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He was a Field Marshal in command of 2nd Tank Army in “The Police Action”. He was an expert at armored warfare and would likely have continued to as such. However, On May 7th 2042, he was killed when numerous enemy artillery shells hit his command post. He was 57 years old. He was survived by his wife, 6 sons, and 4 daughters. He had 8 sons but 2 had already died in “The Police Action” and 1 would die just before the war ended. His wife and 4 daughters spoke out against war. His 5 surviving sons, 1 became a doctor and won the Nobel Prize for his work in treating the criminally insane. 1 became a CEO of Rhodes Motor Corporation INC. 1 became the CEO of Rhodes Tobacco Holdings INC. The other 2 were in the Army and survived to old age. As Johann lay dying, his last words were, “Tell my wife and kids that I love them.” Those same words would be spoken by many a Fascian soldier in “The Police Action.”
Ian Rhodes (Who was 18 and a Captain when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He lived to the age of 112 before he died from a combination of Oral Cancer, lung cancer, and natural causes on March 18th 2098. He was survived by his wife, 4 sons, and 3 daughters. He had 12 sons, but 8 would die during “The Police Action.” He appeared to have been delirious before he died and he called out a famous order he gave during a fight against rebels in which he had launched a bayonet charge. “GIVE THEM THE COLD STEEL”. But shortly before slipping into delirium he said, “Soon shall I join my 8 sons.”
George Rhodes (Who was 17 and a Captain when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He died in from natural causes combined with Alzheimer’s disease at age 115 on July 8th, 2102. He was survived by his wife, 4 sons, and 2 daughters. He had 12 sons, but 6 died in “The Police Action” and 2 died of from lung cancer. He also had 5 daughters but 1 died of stroke, 1 heart attack, and 1 car accident.
His last words were, “God Save the emperor” (He thought his father was still alive)
Philip Rhodes (Who was 16 and a Captain when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He suffered from a brain hemorrhage at age 112, and then he died at age 116 on July 23rd 2104 from a combination of weakness from his earlier hemorrhage, lung cancer, oral cancer, and old age. He was survived by his wife, 8 sons, and 5 daughters. He had 11 sons, but 3 died during “The Police Action”. His last words were, “Dad, I shall be with you soon.”
General Walter Kruger I- (Who was 62 when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He survived to see his son Colonel Walter Kruger II marry (married the secretary), have 6 sons and 3 daughters. He also survived to see his only son Walter II die at age 57 in “The Police action. General Walter Kruger died at age 93, on July 18th, 2035 of lung cancer and cirrhosis of the liver (He drank and smoked a LOT). His last words were, “I leave my emperor and my friend, but I join my son.” Hendrik Rhodes reportedly cried for days after Walter Kruger died. Walter Kruger was the political and military mentor of Hendrik Rhodes and he was the main reason Hendrik Rhodes became the president and emperor of FWS. Walter Kruger was also Hendrik Rhodes’s best friend.
Colonel Walter Kruger II- (Who was 32 when Alpha 2 Surrendered). Was killed in action on June 19th 2029 at the Battle of Hill 106 in a war that few understood and fewer supported. He was survived by a wife, 6 sons, and 3 daughters. Fascians hailed Colonel Walter Kruger II as a hero, but because he died in an unpopular war his great sacrifice was largely forgotten shortly after his death. His last words were, “I die that my sons might live. Tell my family my last thoughts were of them.” 2 of his sons would perish in the later years of the war.
General Dimitri Arkan- (who was 37 when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He retired from the army 7 months after he made it out of Rhodesville. He married Sophia Theresa, had many more children, sponsored Zeljko Djindjic for Teutonic Knights membership, and saw his son Evgeny Arkan make major and die in a “Police Action” that few Fascians understood and even fewer supported. He died peacefully on March 8th 2068 at the age of 101 in his sleep on his commercial farm in Central Province. True to his word, he died a Teutonic Knight. He had married Sophia Theresa shortly after leaving Rhodesville during the rebellion of June of 2004… They had 8 sons and 5 daughters. However 3 of the of the sons died in “The Police Action.” He gave away about 75% of his money (over 100 billion dollars) before he died… He set up funds for war widows, disabled veterans, and other charitable projects that he thought would benefit the race and nation that mattered so much to him. Arkan Enterprises, the company Dimitri set up and turned into a massive corporation that rivals Gregorov Inc on the top FWS list, still continues today under the leadership of CEO Dimitri Arkan III. It is currently worth over 600 billion dollars. Before he lay down to sleep, sensing that death was near, he spoke what would be his last words, “If God will have mercy on my soul, I shall see you soon Evgeny.”
Colonel Evgeny Arkan- (who was 19 and a 2nd lieutenant when Alpha 2 surrendered). His father Dimitri purchased him an estate worth about 8 million dollars as a wedding gift when Evgeny married woman he met when he was 17 (She was 21), he was in Gustavus City to buy Soman Gas for the Teutonic Knights; they had 11 sons and 6 daughters. He died at age 44, on June 18th 2029 at the Battle of Hill 106 in a war that few understood and fewer supported. He was survived by his wife and all his children. However 4 of his sons later died in “The Police Action”. His last words as he was bleeding to death were to a comrade, “Tell my wife, my children, my father, tell them that I accomplished something, that my death wasn’t just in vain, tell them about this battle and what we did here today… Promise me, you’ll tell them.”
The comrade kept his promise and personally told everybody Evgeny asked him to tell what was accomplished that day, Hill 106 had been taken (Although it was abandoned 2 weeks later as the generals decided it was not important in the big scheme of things), the enemy had been routed, 40,000 enemy died, but at the cost of about 2,780 Fascians.
The comrade knew (as did most soldiers fighting in the war) that ultimately it didn’t matter how many enemies they killed, or what hills they took… In the minds of the Fascian people, the war was pointless and thus was lost before it began.
Sophia Theresa (Later Sophia Arkan) (who was 17 when Alpha 2 Surrendered). She died at age 102 on January 19th, 2089, peacefully in her sleep on the Arkan farm in Central Province. She was survived by only 4 sons and 3 daughters. 3 of the original 8 sons died in “the Police Action” 1 son died of cancer, and 2 of the original 5 daughters died in two separate car accidents. Her last words before falling asleep were, “I’ll be with you soon Dimitri.”
Bedford Jackson- (Who was 19 and a 2nd lieutenant when Alpha 2 surrendered). He was a lifelong childhood friend of Evgeny Arkan, at age 16 they had lynched and gunned down dozens of blacks in the “Disputed Zone” in White Western Province and at 17 the two had helped the Teutonic Knights obtain Soman gas (they walked a gun store and bought it) and shell black neighborhoods thus driving them out of the zone and eventually the nation. The two were best of friends. Bedford Jackson was medically discharged from the Army at age 34 in 2019 after he made Major but was injured in accidental discharge from a rifle. He married and had 7 sons and 4 daughters. At age 35, to support his family, he took up a job in a coalmine, where he worked until age 62. He died of Black Lung Disease at age 72 on July 8th 2057. He was survived by his wife and children, except for 2 sons who died in “The Police Action”. His last words were, “Come here closer, I can’t hear you that well.” (His hearing had been damaged when there was an explosion in the mine).
Zeljko Djindjic- (who was 58 when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He was sponsored by Dimitri Arkan and inducted into the Teutonic Knights. He served with distinction and obtained the rank of Exalted Cyclops. He attended the wedding of Sophia and Dimitri as he promised. He disbanded the Communist Militants Party and joined the Fascist National Party. He spent 4 years as sheriff of Zeljko County (The county where Rhodesville was located). He spent 36 years as mayor of Rhodesville before he died of lung cancer and old age at 98 years old on May 3rd, 2044. He was survived by his wife and 2 daughters, and he had 3 more sons by his wife about 30 years before he died. His last words were, “Thank God peace endured… Thank God…” (He struggled to lift his left arm into the air, and then he called out) “HAIL RHODES.” Then he died.
FNP Propaganda Minister Joseph Cannon- (who was 46 when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He suffered a stroke at age 71 in 2029 and was confined to a wheelchair. For the next 18 years he still managed to make his daily radio and television broadcasts in which he railed on non-whites, particularly Jews. He was assassinated on December 15th, 2047 at age 89 by a man with a pistol, who is still rumored, but never proven or disproved, to have been a Mossad Agent. A nearby doctor rushed to help him, but his wound was mortal, his last words were. “I fought them, all my life I fought them. Fascia… Carry on the struggle.” It is commonly accepted that he meant the Jews when he said “them”.
Dr. Ivan Gregorov I (who was 43 when Alpha 2 surrendered). He died in an accident at a chemical weapons production lab on March 7th, 2056 at age 95 (He insisted on working as long as he could still walk, hear, and see.) He was being treated for exposure to nerve agent and the medic insisted he not speak. But he spoke anyway and said, “I have been honored to have been able to fight For God, Race, and Nation.” He died almost immediately afterwards.
Dr. Ivan Gregorov II (who was 21 when Alpha 2 surrendered). He died at age 101, on March 12th, 2084 from what doctors labeled “Sheer and utter exhaustion”. He had spent the last 50 years of his life attempting to make a virus even deadlier than the IG-Virus Strain 5 (99% initial infection rate, never dissipated from the air, must be neutralized with special chemicals. He made a cure for Strain 5). It was never revealed if he was successful in his attempts to make a deadlier virus. (He was… It was called IG-Virus Strain 6. 100% initial infection rate, never dissipates, requires special chemicals to neutralize it from the air and other surfaces, and he died before he could make the cure). He was survived by his wife, 5 sons, and 8 daughters. He had 7 sons, but 2 died in “The Police Action.” His last words were, “I created that which made the living die, and then made them rise and walk again… But now I die, and I pray that I may rest in peace.” (He was deathly afraid of being exposed to the IG Virus and becoming a zombie)
Colonel Leon Degrelle III (Colonel in Rhodes Youth Division was who was 18 when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He had a long fruitful military career but sadly he was killed in action at age 56, on May 7th 2042 at the Battle of Dead Man’s Valley in “The Police Action”.. He was survived by his wife, 5 sons, and 5 daughters. He had 8 sons, but 3 died in “The Police Action”. His last words were, “Fight on men… For the Emperor. HAIL RHODES”
General Otto Von Schlieffen (General of 1st Grenadier Guards Division who was 52 when Alpha 2 Surrendered). He commanded the 1st Grenadier Guards Division until he died on April 12th, 2034, at age 82 from Oral cancer (Chewed a lot). He was survived by his wife, 6 sons and 3 daughters. He had 9 sons, but 3 had already died in “The Police Action.” And 2 more would die fighting in the later years of the war. His last words were, “Full attack, all units forward.” (He was delirious and was thinking back to an old battle).
Minister of Diplomacy Joachim Krebs (Who was 35 when Alpha 2 surrendered) He died from natural causes at the age of 110 on November 11th, 2079. His last words were, “I join you now my emperor and my 2 sons. HAIL RHODES”. He was survived by his wife, 6 sons, and 4 daughters. He had 8 sons, but 2 died in “The Police Action”. His family members who were by his side said that he asked, “Is today the 11th… The day of our independence and the anniversary of our great emperor’s death.” When they confirmed it was the 11th, he spoke his last words (see above) and then peacefully closed his eyes and passed away.
Hendrik County Sheriff Lawrence Hoban (Who was 41 when Alpha 2 surrendered). He went on to be sheriff for 40 more years before he died from Oral Cancer. He died at age 81 on August 2nd, 2044. He was remembered mostly for his involvement in the Teutonic Knights massacres that occurred against communists in his county in 2003-2004. A statue of him was erected at the county court and the sheriff’s station, the one at the county court read, “We stood for law and order”. The one at the sheriff’s station read, “We were the thin blue line between law and anarchy.” He was survived by his wife, 4 sons, and 2 daughters. He had 8 sons but 4 died in “The Police Action”. His last words were, “Would somebody get me a pouch of chaw.”
Hendrik County Chief Deputy Edgar Johnson (Who was 36 when Alpha 2 surrendered). He made it out of the swamp, but he was minus his left arm. He managed to get a prosthetic left arm and continued his work as chief deputy for Hendrik County. He was assassinated on August 3rd 2042 at the age of 74. The person who killed him was the son of Alexis Elliot, a communist member of parliament who he had abducted and delivered to the Teutonic Knights for them to kill. He was survived by his wife, 6 sons, and 5 daughters. He was most remembered for the scandal that arose when the International Red Cross and International News reported he was a Teutonic Knights high-ranking local member (they provided the pictures), and that he regularly raped female communist prisoners. His marriage seemed relatively unaffected by the scandal and a statue of him is located outside the Hendrik County Sheriff’s department. It reads, “We fought and died, that others might live in peace.” He had 11 sons, but 5 died in “The Police Action”. He was shot in a crowded area and somebody managed to write his last words down, “I shall soon see my 5 boys, I hope they’re doing well.”
The Sgt who took command of the Paracommando platoon in the swamp after the lieutenant died. (Sgt was 31 when Alpha 2 surrendered). He died at age 111 on February 12th, 2084 from a combination of lung cancer, tuberculosis, oral cancer, and liver failure. He was survived by his wife, 4 sons, and 9 daughters. He had 7 sons but 3 died in “The Police Action”. He slipped into a delirium before death, and his last word was “CROCODILES” His family stated they didn’t know what it meant. A PFC who was 19 when Alpha 2 surrendered and who had been in the platoon that entered the swamp would later explain what happened in the swamp.
The Sgt with the keen eye (and thermal goggles), the once who raised the alarm at Firebase Alpha 2 (Sgt was 29 when Alpha 2 surrendered). He died at age 92 on August 23rd, 2067, from complications from a heart attack that doctors say was brought on by over exertion, (He was a commercial farmer after he retired from the army). He was survived by his wife, 8 daughters, and 2 sons. He had 5 sons, but 3 died in “The Police Action”. His family reported he was delirious before death and his last words were, “We got movement all along the perimeter, lots of movement”
The 2nd lieutenant from the 1st Horse Cavalry Brigade (The only officer to survive “The Charge” He was 22 when Alpha 2 surrendered and he entered a brief period of captivity). He died of pneumonia at age 115 on June 11th 2097. The 93rd Anniversary of the fall of Firebase Alpha 2. He was one of the few remaining survivors of “The Charge” (only 19 survived the battle)… The 4 other remaining veterans of “The Charge” died within 3-4 years of the Lieutenant’s death. He was survived by his wife, 6 sons, and 2 daughters. He had 12 sons, but 6 of them died in “The Police Action”. His family reported that right before he died he was drifting in and out of consciousness, he cried out, “FOR GORDON!!! CHARGE!!!”
Colonel Henry Martel (Who was 36 when He surrendered Alpha 2 to the militants). He died from Parkinson’s disease at age 104 on December 13th 2072. He was survived by his wife, 4 sons, and 5 daughters. He had 9 sons, but 5 of them died in “The Police Action.” He appeared delirious before he died and his last words were something he said during the Siege of Firebase Alpha 2… His family said he was delirious and right before he died he cried out, “It’s madness… Suicide, don’t do it…”
A man who was just 22 and a corporal at the Battle of Hill 106 on June 17-21st 2029 kept his promise to his colonel and told those he asked him to tell about what the colonel died for. When in 2078 when one of his sons, who had long since grown up, asked him “Dad What do you remember most about the war?” He replied, when my colonel lay dying and said to me “Tell my wife, my children, my father, tell them that I accomplished something, that my death wasn’t just in vain, tell them about this battle and what we did here today… Promise me, you’ll tell them.” “I remember that I didn’t know what to tell them because we had accomplished nothing, only death… So I told them that he did his duty and died a soldier, I’ll never forget what he told me that day… I’ll never forget”.
The Corporal died from natural causes at age 108 on June 21st 2115, he was one of the few remaining men who had been in the Battle of Hill 106. He was survived by his wife, 6 sons, and 4 daughters. His last were recorded as, “Colonel… I kept my word, I told them…”
Emperor Hendrik Rhodes II (A great grandson of Hendrik Rhodes I… A grandson of Gustavus Rhodes. His name was originally Henry Gustavus Rhodes). Became Emperor of Fascia on November 17th, 2078 when he was coronated shortly after Emperor Hendrik Rhodes I died. He was 24 when he ascended the throne.
The 1,000 years that Hendrik Rhodes I promised Fascia would last would proof false… Fascia would last longer. Narrowly escaping certain doom in some situations, while smashing enemies in others.
The Fascian people still believe that Hendrik Rhodes I will somehow come back to them and will lead the nation into even greater glory.
