We, the indigenous people os Priapus Major, Dagonia and New Gea, declare our independence from the creatures refered to as Homo Sapiens or humans. We boldly declare our intentions to drive the human mauraders back to the Sol System by ANY MEANS NECESSARY!
We, the indegonous people of Priapus Major, Dagonia and New Gea have come together to work towards the destruction of any settlement, the extermination of any human colonists and pledge unending warfare on sea, air and land against the human invaders.
We explicitly state our intentions of crushing every human that flies, swims, walks or breathes Priapus Major, Dragonia or New Gean air. We do not hate humans for the sake of hatred, but for their disregard of the wishes and desires of the indegenous sentient life that has lived here for millions of your years before you polluted our sacred land, air and waters with your pestilent kind.
We have taken hostages on the planet Dragonia in response toward attempts of human colonization on our sacred islands. These hostages are safe, but only if you meet our demands. Our demands are:

1. Deconstruction of any construction on Gra'unk Island, called by you Nymph Island
2. Sign a treaty of protection for the wild leviathin and our sea-flocks which you insipid cretins have bene hunting (fools!)
3. Full rights to move with our herds through the ocean world of Dagonia
4. Full diplomatic recognition of us as a nation.

Be warned that the I.P.R.M will strike again if you do not comply. The captive humans, which amount to about 50, are secreted away, and for every revolution of Dagonia around the blessed sun, Kathur'ools, or by your terms, Sol Invictus, we will behead one human. You have bene warned!!!
