NEWS FLASH FROM ENRIPTA NEWS NETWORK (ENN)

Just minutes ago, Prime Minister Xenozyte dissolved the Federal Parliament to give way to the 2004 General Elections.

Here are the parties competing for the 300 seats of parliament.

Enripta Liberal Democrats Party (E-LDP) - the main administration party. It has brought Enripta to a new age of democracy and economic prosperity in the person of Prime Minister Xenozyte. They topped pre-election surveys with a rating 47% (Leader: Xenozyte)

Coalition of United Enriptans (CUE) - the main opposition party. They are known for their countless hours of filibustering but to no avail. They offer stricter policies when it comes to the economy and society. They came in second in the surveys with a rating of 25% (Leader: Lady Pat St. Thomas)

Alliance of Concerned Enriptans (ACE) - not administration but not opposition. It is a neutral party. They introduced sweeping reforms in the health, social welfare, tranportation and communications and tourism industries. They are third in the surveys with 19% (Leader: Rick Gordon)

Enripta Socialists Party (ESP) - allied with CUE, they brought the energy industry into the new age. Comes last in surveys with 5% (Leader: Ghas O'Lhynne)

Nationalists League Coalition (NLC) - allied with the E-LDP, they modernized the justice system and agriculture industry. Comes fourth with 10% (Leader: Brein-da Mage)

NEWS FLASH FROM ENRIPTA NEWS NETWORK (ENN)

Enripta City - Prime Minister Xenozyte announced the construction of a new Federal Parliament Building in the capital. Government officials and ordinary people we're amazed when the design was presented to the public. The proposed building will replace the current building of the Federal Parliament, the People's Hall.

"May this building represent the achievements of the people of Enripta in the past and in the years to come," he said in an interview.

The design of the building was made by HP Building Company of Holy Panooly.
