Nominaen has declared the disarming of all Nuclear weapons in Nominaen.
An open inspection is offered to any who is willing to take part.
In a speech, President Vibius Rufius had this to say
"Nominaen will disarm all nuclear weapons! Nuclear weapons are dangerous... everyone knows that. Unlike your normal bombs, these things cause fallout. It is a danger to even have them resting in our nation. So, as of today, June 12th, 2004... Nominaen has officialy begun disarming all nuclear weapons owned by our nation. I urge all other nations to follow in our footsteps and disarm as well. Thank you."
*followed by a standing ovation from many and a few boos here and there. The citizens of Nominaen have overwhelmingly voted for and gone along with the disarming of Nominaen's nuclear weapons.*
*Opposing this decision is Abito Uulius, member of the right wing party in Nominaen, National Conservative People's Party of Nominaen*
"If we disarm we will surely be open for attack! Why... anyone could just... walk on in and shoot. What could we do? It would cause a bloody ground war on out home land, it would destroy what we have built! No, we need out nuclear weapons... for protection!"
