The Rotovian Ministry for National Defence has comissioned the Global Banking Corporation to sell of this year's military surplus. All products are drastically reduced, to ensure a swift dispensment.
The Ministry for National Defence may conduct backgroud checks on nation purchasing goods.

Item: The Enigma II Device
Decription: A slight variant (for security reasons) on the devices used by Rotovian Intelligence and Military personnel to communicate. By speaking into the receiver, a person message is converted into a digital format via voice recognition technology, that has been decsribed as second-to-none. The message is then sent to a specific second Enigma II Device, the message is sent in a random code that only the second device will interpret, based upon decoding software linked to it's internal clock. Once the message arrives the second machine must be set to 500,000 exact setting to decode the message.
Enigima II Device will not work in conjunction with Rotovian Enigima II Devices due to differance in the machine specific random code convertors
