I may not be able to go on nationstates this weekend, 70% of Bleland's national budget will be given to the coalition from now until Sunday.

Also all Bleland troops stationed in the Soviet expanse are under joint control of the coalition forces.

The countries that get to take control of the troops are Japanese Antarctica as well as Halberdanger, the other allies may take control as well but those two will have to agree to allow them.
