If agreed, payment shall be in full over 11 years. We would however, require shipment as soon as possible, to ensure our seriousness, we shall, of course, pay an initial payment of 788,000,000 Quois (roughly equal to one billion dollars).
Before sending the initial payment, we shall require a confirmation order with a complete inventory via telegram.
