The time is 19:45. Thomas Anderson looks at his train ticket again.

"The trains late.." he muttered to himself. "Oh! There it is.."

Thomas leaned over the platform of the bustling station. 200 people were waiting to get on the train and 329 chemical workers were getting off to go to work at their night jobs at the local chemical plants. They were the cause of the growing city of Throsnen. Andeson stored the ticket in his pocket as he watched the hundreds of workers, in their blue and orange jumpsuits step off of the trains and onto the platform. As soon as he was boarding, a rumble shook the ground as he saw flames ignite from a nearby chemical plant. The flame burst out and a massive explosion rocked the ground as the train was destroyed, shrapnel flying, the station crumbled into a million pieces and any other nearby buildings were obliterated.

Anderson didn't know the men on top of the chemical tank weren't workers...

"Today, the recently founded city of Throsnen, in the southern grasslands of Buechoria, was rocked by a massive chemical explosion. Only 12 of 1341 locals survived the blast, witnessing what happened. This has been confirmed as a terrorist act, as one of 3 bombs was found at another nearby chemical tank, but malfunctioned and did not detonate. Buechorian officials suspect this may have been the same group that shot Prime Minister Helms..."

The Ferratian government is preparting to send humanitairian aid to the city of Thronsen and any citizens effected by chemicals carried by the wind to other cities. We will also send a unit of NBC cleanup specialists to assist in the cleanup of the site. If the governemnt of Buechoria will allow it, we can also dispatch a small unit of our special forces to be put under the command of the Buechorian government.

Buechoria will gladly accept your help. Thank you

"You said these are the people we're opening up relations with?"

"That is correct, sir..." replied the man, dressed in a business suit...

"Very well, I'll call up the Department of Foreign Relations and the DoD and get them to set something up."

The man nodded and stood up from his seated position, he headed out the door letting it close behind him... The Premier resumed what he was doing... Playing with little plastic figurines... Before calling up the SECFR and his DoD counterpart.

Communique to Buechoria

The Armed Republic of Soviet Bloc offers its support to Buechoria, which has been seeking diplomatic relations with the ARSB. We ask if Buechoria requires anti-terrorist special forces, as we can easily deploy numerous OMON teams to assist in the situation. We are also sending clean-up supplies, including chemical suits, air filtration systems, and other safety items via air transport, due into Buechoria, at the nearest airport to the blast site, in a few hours. We also wish to know if Buechoria requires military assistance, humanitarian assistance, or numerous support personnel to assist in the situation. If anything is required, the ARSB will promptly and gladly send the required assistance.

With that communique sent, four different OMON Black Beret detachments were prepared for possible deployment, along with one airborne expeditionary force.

The Emperor looked over the sheet and nodded to himself. Damn terrorist ruin all the fun in the world. He immediately picked up a pen and drafted his statement to the leader of Buechoria. "It is the deepest sympathies of the Empire of Layarteb to your problem. Terrorists are scum in the world and they must not only be eradicated but made to suffer throughout the process. The Empire of Layarteb is well equipped in searching, locating, and destroying terrorist cells. We had a problem once with a group calling themselves Islamic Jihad of Allah and Mohammad. They are no more. The Empire of Layarteb has a counter-terrorism unit that was specially created to solve that crisis and they are top notch. If needed, we could deploy this unit to your country and conduct intelligence operations and then use that intelligence to seek those who did this and return them to you. However, they operate under their own authority."

He sent the statement immediately and sat back. Now with this damn drug situation!

2 Am-Lshik operatives, Retired Pakistani Army Personal who had been recruited secretly out of the General Populace walked into there basement, mixing many Compounds with th Help of a Recipie downloaded off the Internet, while a Third Am-Lshik Personal, a Former Hacker attempted to Hack into the Buechorian goverment to Maku sure that most of the Goverment's money was being given to Foreign Aid Programs. he was failing Miserably However. the 2 Other Terrorists each picked up there 5 Cholrine gas Canisters, and headed for a Shopping mall, each Armed with a 9mm Silenced Glock Pistol. they broke in through the Roof, and Inserted the Canisters into the Air Conditioning, and Rigged there remote control Mechanism.

it was a busy day for Thomas. he worked at a Shoe Store. he noted a strange smell, like a combination of Pineapple and Pepper. soon, after, nearly everyone in the Mal was Gasping for Breath, and some where jus Barely able to get out before there Strength Gave Way.

Prime Minister Helms looked at the site. It was desolate. The corpses had been cleared and medical tents had been set up nearbyt o treat the wounded. The smell of chemicals floated in the air, a dense smog was also evident.

"This is amazing.. Who would do something like this.." PM Helms whispered to himself as he displayed the crater more deeply.

"Larson, get me on the phone with those countries... We need them fast if we want to clean this mess up with minmal consiquences while findign those goddamn terrorist."

"Yes sir, right away sir!" said Larson, as he ran to the Parlimentary limo to get Helms' cell-phone...

The Emperor looked at his aide. "Has there been a response?"

"No sir but there have been more attacks at a shopping mall with what appears to be chlorine gas."

"What is the possibility of these terrorists coming to Layarteb?"

"Slim sir but I would err on the side of caution."

"Very well. Get me the General of Special Forces."

"Yes sir." The aide left and within twenty minutes, the General of the Layartebian Special Forces was in his office, saluting and stern in his look. He sat down at the Emperor's request and rested his hat in his lap.

"General. This situation in Buechoria is bad. You are aware of the latest attack I take it?" He nodded. "Very well. Deploy two units of Force Thunder Black Operations soldiers. This is the highest level of secrecy. Have them ingress as quietly as possible and their orders are to search for and destroy these terrorists. Intelligence and reconnaissance will be passed through you to me and I shall send them to Buechoria immediately. Work fast with them and keep in constant communication. We don't have permission to do this but I don't want to see another nation go poof because of some terrorist scum bags."

"Sir, yes sir. I'll get on it immediately."

Within an hour, a single Layartebian C-17 was flying nap-of-the-earth across the water to Buechoria. Barely above the waves, the C-17 and her two escorts of F-25A Firefox fighters wouldn't be seen at all on radar due to their altitude. Their mission was simple, fly to a remote part of Buechoria, approximately eight miles west of the destroyed chemical plant and parachute in sixteen Black Operatives. The F-25As were stealth fighters as is but the C-17 was big and certainly not stealthy. Their airspeed of five hundred miles per hour was no walk in the park. In the night, the moonless night, they were invisible to the eye.

Finally over target, the C-17 slowed down to two hundred and fifty miles per hour and was only a mere one thousand feet over the ground. It was a low drop and the twelve men all jumped at once. The C-17 immediately returned to nap-of-the-earth with her escorts and banked hard right, clearing the area, and heading home, once again at five hundred miles per hour.

When the twelve men landed, they immediately went to work. They hauled in their parachutes and folded them neatly and compactly. They had been trained to do just this. Each went to work with his spade, digging a shallow hole to stuff the chutes. When that was done, the two teams went their separate ways. One would head to the town where the chemical plant once stood. The fire still burned in the distance. The other team would head towards the capital city and attempt to search out any intelligence while the other team worked through the rural areas. It was going to be a long mission but they were all up to the task.

None of them carried any markings to show they were from Layarteb and their training taught them that it was easier to die than to speak. The government would disavow any knowledge of their existance anyway. It was impossible to tell they were from the EOL. Armed to the teeth, they carried a separate set of clothes, civilian clothes, in case they had to investigate civilian areas. They were members of Force Thunder, the 2nd Black Operations Unit of the Layerteb Special Forces. Counter-terrorism was their game and none of them were any less than the elite of the elite of the elite when it came to this.

Act III: Kill a Member (or members) of Parliment;

the 3 Operatives snuck through the Grounds of th Parliment building, heading for the AC Vents with there canisters of Chlorine Gas, VX Gas Grenades, and Pistols.

The first team reached the town shortly before dawn, just after the fire was under control. They hijacked a pickup truck sitting outside a mine and parked it close to the town. They would have to work quickly as the sun came up rather quickly. They were tasked with collecting data and intelligence on the chemical plant and the type of explosion conducted there.

The second team reached the capital hours after sunrise, having a bit more difficulty procuring a vehicle. Nonetheless, they found an abandoned apartment complex, which they would use as a staging point. They hid their weapons and constructed a makeshift barracks with mattresses and tables so that they could work. They figured that bums would visit the buildings during the nights so they made it their duty to look like bums and they did well.

Both teams operated independenly of each other but reported to the same place. It was now just a matter of time. They would wait until the next attack and collect evidence and data. Then they would act.
